The apartment is situated on a single floor, on the first level without an elevator, and spans approximately 280 square meters. It includes five spacious double bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two large living rooms, and two kitchens, one of which is dedicated to breakfast. The layout ensures privacy and tranquility in the bedrooms, while the common areas allow for shared moments in complete comfort. The residence is quiet, equipped with air conditioning and internet access, making it particularly suitable for families, groups of friends, or travelers who are together for work and conferences.
The residence can be enjoyed in its entirety or divided into two independent units. One part consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for accommodating up to six people.
