The spaces maintain the authentic atmosphere of a noble home while offering comfort and generous areas for a stay in the most historical part of Rome.

The apartment is situated on a single floor, on the first level without an elevator, and spans approximately 280 square meters. It includes five spacious double bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two large living rooms, and two kitchens, one of which is dedicated to breakfast. The layout ensures privacy and tranquility in the bedrooms, while the common areas allow for shared moments in complete comfort. The residence is quiet, equipped with air conditioning and internet access, making it particularly suitable for families, groups of friends, or travelers who are together for work and conferences.

The residence can be enjoyed in its entirety or divided into two independent units. One part consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for accommodating up to six people. The other section includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a small kitchen, perfect for four guests who wish to immerse themselves in a historically rich and charming setting.

The location is one of the highlights of Residenza Sinibaldi. Situated in the heart of the Renaissance historic center, it allows guests to reach iconic landmarks such as the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dè Fiori, and Piazza Venezia within minutes on foot. A short distance away is Largo di Torre Argentina, an important public transport hub with quick connections to Termini Station and the San Pietro area, as well as taxi stands and parking garages.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, except for the loft above the breakfast kitchen, and can enjoy the home with complete autonomy. For families with children, toys, portable cribs, and high chairs are available to ensure a comfortable stay for the little ones.

Standard check-in is available every day from 3 PM to 9 PM. Early check-in can be requested, subject to availability, starting at 10:30 AM exclusively for luggage storage.
