Our rooms have been carefully designed to offer a refined stay: modern furnishings, double beds with orthopaedic mattresses, private en-suite bathrooms with designer finishes, air conditioning, TV, Nespresso machine and minibar. Some rooms feature a private balcony overlooking lush greenery.
Just 20 minutes on foot from St. Peter's Basilica and directly served by Bus 982 — stopping right outside our door — you can reach the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Prati district, Trastevere and the historic city centre in just a few minutes.
We are not a hotel. We are a residence where every guest is welcomed like family — with the care, discretion and warmth that only a home away from home can offer.

We are two siblings who decided to transform our family home into a welcoming residence for travellers from around the world. It was not just a renovation — it was a labour of love. Much of what you see around you, from the furniture to the smallest details, was designed and crafted by our own hands, because we believe that a truly special stay begins with the spaces that surround you.
