Regarding the property I have nothing to complain about (I mean the one near the metro stop). However, regarding everything else I spent a sleepless night: the neighbors were very noisy, it felt like they were in the room. In addition, they left the bathroom fan on and there was a noise similar to a generator throughout the night. Also, every time they opened the bathroom door it made a loud noise. I slept very little. I believe the acoustics should be improved; you can really hear everything.
