Our guest house is a real "Relax Guest House" located on the second floor of a recently renovated manor house, surrounded by a pine forest and surrounded by a large garden defined by some "botanical" customer because there are a thousand flowers and plants that populate it.
Located just 150 meters from the Policlinico Campus Biomedico of Rome, with an enviable location near many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, laundries, banks, post office and various shops.
It is just a few minutes from AS ROMA, from the EUR district, from the McArthurGlen Outlet of Castel Romano and from Cinecittà World, as well as from the Roman coast.
The apartment is on one level, with five bright rooms furnished in shabby Provencal style that can accommodate one to more guests, has large common areas for guests such as a living room, a dining room, a kitchen fully equipped.
Given the height of the structure that rises majestically on a hill, some rooms have a panoramic view of the Castelli Romani and private terrace. All rooms have private bathroom, hairdryer and courtesy set, heating and in addition heat pump heating - Cold, high-speed Wi-Fi internet and TV.
The property has a vending machine selling hot tea, herbal teas, and snacks such as biscuits or croissants. We also offer our guests free parking at number 16 and paid parking inside the property, both fully monitored by cameras.
All rooms furnished in a unique shabby style are warm and comfortable, the attention to detail in everything and object makes this place magical, an oasis of peace and relaxation. Family-level management, to make the atmosphere ideal for everyone those who for reasons of health or work are away from home.
It is also possible to entertain or receive guests in the garden and in the large porch furnished with sofas, armchairs and tables where there are drinks and snacks.

I stayed at this property for one night because of its proximity to the Policlinico Campus Biomedico. Fabiana, the woman who checked me in, was very welcoming and warm. They have a lovely pool, the outdoor area is well maintained, the room was clean, and the location is very quiet.

I spent a few days in this accommodation, close to the Bio Campus, and I felt very well. I cannot think of any negative notes to report. The only "flaws", but this is well specified in the description of the property, are the lack of an elevator and breakfast. However, there is a kitchen that can be used. My evaluation is more than positive and thinking of returning, it is a place that I also recommend for the kindness and availability of the managers.

Il prezzo è basso le garantisco essendo a Roma e avendo una struttura grande con immensi spazi esterni giardini e piscina dove i costi di gestione sono molto elevati. Lo staff.

I found myself doing very well. The room was small but cozy and clean. A few steps from the Campus Biomedico and some local restaurants. Definitely recommended.

I thought the price was ok, but the disappointment came when I was there. The swimming cap is ok, but it should be visible on the website, but it wasn't. 4 euros what's that for. Found a swimming cap for 1 euro. The air conditioning costs 10 euros per day. In the south where it's so hot. Outrageous. I've never had that before. When I address the people that I don't understand, they are unfriendly and don't let you finish. The kitchen was not clean like the room. Never again!!!!!!

La sigra dice menzogne: n. 01 si è presentata aggressiva parlavainlgese malissimo diceva solo alle ragazze dello staff "SIETE MATTI"! abbiamo da subito capito che aveva dei disturbi mentali. Viaggiava con una bambina e per rispetto di ques'ultima siamo stati passivi alle sue grida parlava da sola in cucina coe se ci fosse qualcuno vicino a lei, un po ci ha spaventate. Il nostroprezzo è a dir poco formidabile per una struttura con i nostri servizi: Piscina, cucina, wifi, aria condizionata, pulizie tv ecc ma la sigra non voleva rispettare nessuna regalo nonostate fosse svizzera, gli orari della piscina non gli stavano bene ed impecava siete pazzi! la cuffia puo' comprarla da noi ma costo 4€ oppure al negozio dei cinesi ad un costo inferiore di 2. 50/3. 00€ non ci vedo nullo di assurdo anche l'acqua al supermacato a un prezzo ed al bar un altro, vai al negozio nessun problema invece lei siete pazzi! inoltre usava la cucina come fosse tutta sua a 90€ aveva affittato una piscina di 16 metri e un intera villa ha urlato alla sigra delle pulizie di chiudere la porta della cucina perchè lei era li! e di nuovo le ha urlato SIETE PAZZI! l'aria condizionata è gratuita è comprese ne prezzo ma in camera e sul sito è indicato che qualora si usasse con porte e finestre aperte o si lasciasse accesa sara' addebitato un supplemento di 10€. Questa è la verita' ma ripeto la sigra aveva dei seri disturbi psicologici era aggressiva e molto maleducata, siamo noi a non voler mai piu' avere a che fare con lei per il rispetto degli altri ospite per tenere alta la qualità e la tranquillità del nostro posto, meraviglioso. Stunning, relaxing and welcoming place. It is located in a very convenient position, close to the bus stop, which allows you to reach the center of Rome in a short time. The staff and those who manage it are wonderful people! In summary, I can say that everything is excellent!

Very nice, clean, and welcoming structure. Comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning, TV, WiFi (free), and a kitchen with all the accessories for self-catering. The B&B is located about 200 meters from the bus stop towards Laurentina/Cecchignola. In the surroundings, you can find everything, from supermarket to barber, pizzeria, tobacco shop, bakery, and more. Very positive experience, also enriched by a nice swim in the pool with background music. Well done!

I chose this property because it is very close to Policlinico Campus. The lady can be a bit brusque at times, but always helpful. She also helped me with the taxi service to Rome Termini.

From the beginning I understood that I would be a guest at a good residence, once here the friendliness of the owner Francesca, the cleanliness of the rooms and the optimal location for my needs (the Biomedical Campus) have changed my evaluation to excellent! You have to deduct a beautiful welcome and very kind and nice staff, very helpful, very clean and tidy villa nothing is missing at all, I recommend it to everyone, very happy I will definitely come back soon.

The structure, close to the Biomedical Campus (for those who, like me, stay there for that reason), is welcoming and clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, all equipped with air conditioning for those who, like me, suffer from the heat. The linen and the room rearrangement are done every day. The garden with swimming pool is beautiful and relaxing. Its location is convenient, close to many activities such as supermarket, bar, tobacconist, greengrocer, pizzerias, restaurants... So, nothing is missing. But the strength of this structure is the owner, Francesca. A force of nature, more than a girl! She is very nice, very helpful, she likes to chat and entertain guests, and, last but not least, she is really beautiful! :D (the guys reading this review will be happy). Conclusion: don't have too many doubts, book your stay and go calmly.
