Communication to reach the property was clear and punctual. The apartment is located in a condominium. The entrance door, through which you access the stairs, does not lock and opens by pushing. As soon as we arrived on the stairs, there is a strong smell of humidity. Arriving in front of the gate and an aluminum door (which delimit a hallway that gives access to the apartment where I stayed), I noticed that both fixtures, the lock was not working. I open the non-armored door of the apartment and realize that the lock system only allowed to close at the height of the knob, therefore precarious and lacking any security to protect against possible wrongdoers. All in all, the apartment is not bad, it's spacious, but... It has 2 air conditioners that do not cool properly and a TV that I tried in every way to make it work, but I didn't succeed. In conclusion, I state that for me it was a negative experience.

The structure is well conceived, the apartment is large, there is a comfortable bathroom and a basic kitchen hidden in a closet. The code system instead of keys is practical and functional and has a very convenient parking. The information from the managers was exhaustive. The problem is that it is located in an industrial area far from bars or restaurants.

We stayed at Residence Sol Levante with 2 children. The apartment was clean and spacious. It is located on the outskirts, but it is a great base for visiting Rome and the surrounding areas. Very close to Tor Vergata station.

Buon pomeriggio, la nostra colazione è prevista la consumazione nella camera con l'uso della cucina in quanto sulla base delle prevenzioni COVID-19 non ci è permesso di usare sale comuni e vengono messe a disposizione degli ospiti bevande (succhi di frutta, latte, caffe, the), biscotti, fette biscottate, cornetti, marmellate e cioccolata. Riteniamo che il costo di € 5 a persona può essere considerato congruo a quanto offerto. inoltre non è indicato su nessun sito, portale o da noi pubblicizzato che offriamo colazioni a buffet. Ci dispiace che abbia ritenuto la nostra accoglienza non nelle sue aspettative. La direzione.
