"Relax in the Old Village" is a pretty, recently renovated apartment located in the medieval village of Casperia. The apartment consists of a cozy living room, a dining area, and a bedroom with a private bathroom. Additionally, it has a small balcony with a view of the gentle Sabine hills, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation alone or in company to find inner peace. The apartment can accommodate up to four people with a double bed and two single sofa beds, perfect for your friends or family. Furthermore, a camping cot is available for the little ones. The services offered include autonomous heating, Wi-Fi, use of the kitchen, and on request, even the fireplace. Our attention to detail and desire to offer high-quality service make this apartment an oasis of tranquility and well-being for all our guests.

The village you will admire today was developed in the 10th century AD under the name of Aspra (a name it kept until 1947). In 1189, it became a free commune and between the 13th and 14th centuries, Aspra became one of the most powerful communities in Sabina. Casperia's old town is an exceptional example of medieval architecture. Surrounded by majestic walls built in 1282, it can only be accessed through two ancient gates that lead to narrow pedestrian alleys and streets that develop in concentric circles, wrapping around the entire hill.

Casperia offers a unique historical experience; while walking through the narrow streets that will take you to breathtaking viewpoints, you can experience the emotion of a journey through time.

There are all the comforts. The only flaw is just the WiFi that has poor reception. The owner was kind, courteous, and fulfilled our requests. She indicated what to see, where to eat, and where to park, etc.
