The B&B and the holiday home are located in San Pietro, a 5-minute walk from the Basilica, 50 m from the Ottaviano - San Pietro metro station, in the historic centre, well connected to the Spanish Steps, Navona Square, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venice, Fori Imperiali, Colosseum and Trastevere.
Prati B&B, charming, colorful and comfortable, consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single with French bed, equipped with air conditioning and heating, soundproof windows, flat screen TV with digital terrestrial, wifi internet, an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, breakfast not included.

The accommodation has an excellent location, the price is fair for the room offered, Alessandra is a good host, the bathroom is VERY small and the shower is higher than the floor, the entry and exit of the shower are dangerous.

The room was very small, with an equally small bathroom and no bidet. The bed was quite uncomfortable and deformed. Another problem was that, in case of power outage, the toilet facilities did not work. Unfortunately, there was a power failure while I was in the shower, the bathroom flooded and the toilet water rose. Also, the TV didn't work. Despite this, the room was clean and the location was great.

Very charming room with private bathroom and air conditioning sufficient for two people. It is located 5 minutes walk from the Vatican. Great location, many bars, restaurants, ... at a good price. Near the metro station so it was easy to reach the city center. The host was very nice. She gave us a map of the city with restaurant recommendations. Quality = price for the room.:).

Great location just a few meters from Ottaviano station. Comfortable bed, cozy room, although the bathroom is very small. I didn't have shampoo, the television didn't work. Friendly hostess, she told us what to do in the city.

A beautiful room and a great breakfast, with the lovely owner. A stone's throw from everything I needed to visit. Bright and very welcoming, I must say. I recommend it because not all B&Bs in Rome are as reserved and clean as Prati B&B.

Everything as agreed with Alessandra (the owner): clean and essential room. The only flaw, if we want to find one, is the bathroom a bit narrow, for the rest everything ok, I recommend it.

We really liked the simplicity of the procedures, especially the late check-in option (up to 10:30 pm). Not having breakfast included was more of an advantage, as we could sleep in and have breakfast at the authentic Italian pastry shop Ruperto across the street (cheap and very tasty!). The double room is cozy and well heated (recommended for winter), there is an elevator to the apartment door (!). The bathroom built into the room is small and tight, but functional for a few days of visit. The sliding door closes well, the ventilation works perfectly and there is plenty of hot water. Just because not everything was over perfect, we found it charming and sympathetic.
