The apartment is in a central and excellent position, it is located on the Fiumicino seafront, 100 meters from the free beach, very suitable for even small children, just 10 minutes from Leonardo Da Vinci airport in Rome Fiumicino, reachable by car or taxi (10 minutes) or by bus (40 minutes). New Rome Fair (18 minutes). Rome (25 min by car). Inside the recently renovated accommodation, you will find a welcoming environment and all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

We do not serve breakfast, inside the apartment you will find a beautiful coffee machine and a functional kettle (kettle). Just below the apartment there is an excellent bar, open every day from 6 in the morning to 22. 30 in the evening (except Sunday) where you can have an excellent Italian breakfast (continental breakfast not available) and/or aperitif payment directly at the bar.

My husband and I manage our small apartment that we have put at your disposal. I manage this activity in a professional way. I love children, the sea, good food and furniture. I really like traveling meeting people and new friends. As new friends in an informal way you will be welcomed when you are our guests inside our house. We always try to meet our guests at checkin, when you will be in our house we remain available via chat, we live near the apartment and we are able to reach it in 10 minutes. We speak fluent Italian, English, Spanish and have limited knowledge of French and Russian.

We stayed twice at this property. On the night of our arrival in Rome and then for 2 nights before flying home. 100% would stay again - especially if planning to do a driving trip in Italy. It was the perfect stop to recover after an overnight flight before heading out on our journey and also the perfect place to end and relax on the beach. The place is clean and well situated, walking distance to great restaurants, the grocery store and the beach with free street parking. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and we hope to stay again in the future.

The property is very clean and near the airport. The sea is steps away with several restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful, even managing to arrange a last-minute transfer. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment, well heated, brand new and with all the amenities, very helpful and friendly host, ten minutes by taxi from the airport. Highly recommended.

Comfortable accommodation, there were 4 of us and we had a great time, just like at home. Recently renovated apartment tastefully furnished, the photos on the website reflect reality. Equipped with all comforts, Wi-Fi service, comfortable bathroom and kitchenette and above all clean. It is located in a central and quiet area, it is easy to find parking nearby. The manager Salvatore is very helpful and always available for any need... he is very kind. It's a pity that our stay lasted only 2 days, I will gladly return if I happen to be in the area. Honestly, there was nothing that did not meet expectations.
