Description
Our Guest House has just been elegantly renovated with all the comforts. It is located on the second floor of a building from the early 1900s with a pleasant view of the greenery of Rome.
Throughout the structure, in addition to heating, there is air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.
We have 2 rooms: one double and one suite that can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed and sofa bed).
The common area has a large sofa with a fully equipped kitchenette including a washing machine, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, and fridge. A washing machine is also available.
Breakfast, when requested, is self-service. You will find biscuits, bread, butter, jam, snacks, fresh milk, coffee, and cornflakes.
You can easily reach Trastevere on foot and the rest of Rome in 20 minutes (with tram 8).

We really enjoyed our stay. We warmly thank our host for arranging our shuttle and ensuring our arrival despite our plane's delay. The accommodation has a good bed. The adjacent kitchen has the essentials to prepare food and even to do laundry. The bus line that passes right in front is line 75 (stop further down) which takes you to the city center. Tip: buy a transport pass upon your arrival at the airport.

Beautiful modern room with a vintage touch, spacious and bright, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Mrs. Laura, very kind and a point of reference for any information on the city and transportation.

Muy buen bed & breakfast, recomiendo reservar la habitación mas grande, Laura nos recibió dandonos mapas y explicando varias cosas de Roma. Recomiendo también alquilar un auto si se va a éste alojamiento ya que queda lejos del transporte público, el bus que pasa por la puerta pasa cuando quiere.

La classe, l'educazione e la disponibilità di Laura sono rare da trovare. B&B molto pulito (specialmente il bagno). Ideale per brevi soggiorni in zona Trastevere. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Si tratta di un appartamento con due stanze e un salotto/cucina. La casa è carina ed in buona posizione ma la camera doppia è separata dal salotto solo da una leggera porta chiusa a chiave quindi eventuali rumori degli altri ospiti si sentono come fossero in camera (o anche odore di fumo come successo a noi). Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e siamo stati svegliati alle 6. 00 di mattina da uno degli ospiti spagnoli dell'altra stanza che si è attaccato al campanello rientrando dopo aver fatto baldoria la notte e aver dimenticato le chiavi.
