Description

Our Guest House has just been elegantly renovated with all the comforts. It is located on the second floor of a building from the early 1900s with a pleasant view of the greenery of Rome.

Throughout the structure, in addition to heating, there is air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.

We have 2 rooms: one double and one suite that can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed and sofa bed).

The common area has a large sofa with a fully equipped kitchenette including a washing machine, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, and fridge. A washing machine is also available.

Breakfast, when requested, is self-service. You will find biscuits, bread, butter, jam, snacks, fresh milk, coffee, and cornflakes.

You can easily reach Trastevere on foot and the rest of Rome in 20 minutes (with tram 8).

Area Monteverde

Monteverde Vecchio is a small area, located on the historic Gianicolo hill, from which you can enjoy a unique view of Rome.

Just a stone's throw away from Trastevere, it is characterized by Liberty-style villas immersed in greenery, and in the summer, you can enjoy the refreshing breeze from the west.

Despite its tranquility, you are in the center of Rome, only a 15-minute walk from the fantastic "Fontanone" of Gianicolo, where you can enjoy a privileged view of the eternal city.

With the nearby tram 8, you can reach the usual Roman attractions in just 4 stops.

Alternatively, a 5-minute walk to the train station will allow you to reach St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums.

We really enjoyed our stay. We warmly thank our host for arranging our shuttle and ensuring our arrival despite our plane's delay. The accommodation has a good bed. The adjacent kitchen has the essentials to prepare food and even to do laundry. The bus line that passes right in front is line 75 (stop further down) which takes you to the city center. Tip: buy a transport pass upon your arrival at the airport.

Very good bed & breakfast, I recommend booking the largest room, Laura welcomed us giving us maps and explaining various things about Rome. I also recommend renting a car if you go to this accommodation as it is far from public transport, the bus that passes by the door comes when it wants.

The class, education, and availability of Laura are rare to find. B&B very clean (especially the bathroom). Ideal for short stays in the Trastevere area. I would gladly return.

This is an apartment with two rooms and a living room/kitchen. The house is nice and in a good location, but the double room is separated from the living room only by a slightly closed door, so any noises from other guests are heard as if they were in the room (or even the smell of smoke as happened to us). We stayed one night and were woken up at 6.00 in the morning by one of the Spanish guests from the other room who rang the bell returning after partying all night and forgetting the keys.
