Area Termini
Located close to Termini Train Station. Direct train from/to main Airports start/arrive Termini Station. From Termini Station starts a lots of bus's for all places of the city. There are two metro: Line A and Line B that join in Termini Station. Starts also from here bus for link the city to the main Airports: Fiumicino and Ciampino.
From here starts also bus for the city tours.

Owner very polite and caring, dialogue is important for the customer. I found this place wonderful, very well-kept inside. The room was very clean, with the convenience of a minibar for those who need to put something inside. TV and kettle for breakfast, coffee and tea, all well-kept. I recommend it to everyone. Of course, I will give this name to people who often come to Rome even for a short time and do not have time to book at the moment. Thank you, if I need it I will definitely come back.

Piumith is a nice and basic place to stay. It is very close to Roma Termini. The host Stefano is kind and helpful. The room is small but clean, and the neighborhood felt safe. We were provided with a tea kettle and tea bags. The room has air conditioning, a small TV, and good Wi-Fi. There is a laundromat across the street, very convenient, and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. It's also only a quarter of a mile from Santa Maria Maggiore, a very beautiful and important basilica. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to budget travelers who want to be close to the station.

Extremely kind and very helpful staff, they really deserve a perfect score. The location is in the Termini station area, so it has its pros and cons; however, the B&B is in an internal courtyard, so you don't hear any particular noises. The room they gave us was a bit small (especially the en-suite bathroom) but clean and well-maintained. All in all, a perfect score, especially with an exceptional quality/price ratio. Thanks again and... see you soon!

The room and the bathroom are comfortable and excellent, we were greeted very well and the security was impeccable, obviously when I return I can't wait to take a room with an en-suite bathroom to be even more comfortable and maybe also with breakfast included and not in high season, although the prices were still excellent for the period.

Very positive experience at the B&B Piumith. For those who want to visit the city, it is a well-connected area, just steps from the station and a few minutes from the center. Stefano was very kind and welcoming. If I were to return to Rome, I would choose to stay at the Piumith again.

Location of the b&b is quite convenient, a few minutes walk from everything. Regarding the room, it's suitable for stays of maximum 1 night as we got a slightly small room with a slightly dated bathroom. All in all, for a one-night stop it's fine. Excellent reception, slightly high price.

I had a great time! The room is small but not too much, clean and well organized. The location is optimal near the station but in a lively area in the evening, full of restaurants pubs. I will come back!

Indisputable cleanliness. Great and quiet location, especially in the evening. However, the room was very small, with just a single bed larger than a twin and a small wardrobe with a door and drawers. The bathroom was tiny, tight but functional. A couple of shelves, both in the bathroom and in the mini room, would be optimal to manage the limited available space. Room and bathroom are about 8 square meters.

Struttura: arredata in modo moderno con tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno in una città d'arte. Posizione: strategica in quanto vicino a 2 fermate della metro e alla stazione principale dei treni e dei bus. Nonostante questo durante la notte, anche grazie al cortile interno non ci sono rumori. Colazione: abbondante e con buona scelta, ma solo di cose dolci. Manca la possibilità di fare una colazione continentale. Gestore: ci ha sinceramente colpito la disponibilità di Alauddin che si è reso reperibile a qualunque ora e ha esaudito le nostre richieste con rara cortesia. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chi voglia una sistemazione con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e la comodità di una posizione strategica per l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici.

Our good impression started even before the arrival. We booked wrong dates accidentally, but thanks to Stephano, the owner, we could change the dates without any fee. Our room was in the centre, literally two blocks from Termini, which was handy after flying and getting in from the airport with suitcases. During the night it's not the nicest area, but there were plenty of tourists everywhere and nightlife, so we felt perfectly safe. Afterall what would you expect about the surroundings of a huge train station in the middle of a big city? But all the attractions were very close and that was what we wanted. We arrived quite late in the evening, but Aladdin, our host was waiting for us. Very nice, modern and cosy little room, squeaky clean and we did not need a huge space as we were around exploring the city day and night. We read a lot of complaints about noise in the rooms. I can confidently say, we experienced no noise at all, although we had the window opened during the night. The aircon and wifi worked perfectly well, nice and clean bathroom, with towels for everybody and we could have extra free bed linen on request. The only suggestion we made about breakfast. There's nothing but sweet, prepacked biscuits, tarts, fruit yoghurts, jam and butter, no savouries, eggs or breakfast meats. But plenty of fruit juices, freshly made tea and coffee. A huge thanks to Aladdin, our host, who was available for us 24/7 always with a smile on his face, always humble and very kind. Overall, we would stay there again and highly recommend this place to stay!
