We are located near the historic center but not in the ZTL area (with the possibility of street parking), away from the tourist chaos but very well connected to all areas of the city and the major points of interest. It is a residential, quiet and lively neighborhood with restaurants, bars, pizzerias and all other services just a few steps away.
The shopping area and monuments such as the Basilica of St. John Lateran, Circus Maximus and Colosseum are within walking distance.
The metro A stop "Re di Roma" takes you in a few minutes to the heart of the city (Piazza di Spagna or St. Peter's Square). Bus 85 and 87 with their routes go through the entire historic center and allow you to easily reach monuments such as the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain...

We were welcomed very well by Virginia who gave us all the information about the apartment, the shops and restaurants nearby. There were many little attentions upon our arrival for an even more pleasant welcome. We had a great stay in the apartment, which is well equipped, nicely decorated, quiet and very well located. A bus stop in front of the building allows direct access to the Colosseum, the Capitol and the center of Rome. Furthermore, the metro line A is just a few steps away and provides quick access to many sites. The nearby Tuscolana station offers connections every fifteen minutes to the airport in 40 minutes. From a transportation point of view, the location is truly optimal. The neighborhood restaurants are pleasant and busy, which is a good sign. This apartment is truly ideal for discovering Rome.

Great stay at 'Pini di Roma' in Virginia's apartment. We were 4 (2 children and 2 adults) and we received a very warm welcome from Virginia, who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel truly on vacation. The neighborhood is close to a metro station and all the tourist sites are easily accessible. The apartment has everything needed for a pleasant week, with a gelateria at the bottom of the building. Thank you so much Virginia.

We had a great time. The house was clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything, the owner was kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information. The location is excellent, close to metro A and several buses that take you to tourist places not reachable by the subway. Numerous bars and supermarkets nearby.

Date le circostanze io e la mia ragazza abbiamo deciso di passare il nostro capodanno e suo compleanno in questa bellissima casa accogliente, consiglio vivamente ha tutti i confort utili e in più da proprio quella sensazione di essere nella propria casa.
Inoltre il palazzo è abitato da persone super educate. La signora Virginia come sempre è stata gentilissima in tutto e per tutto, ormai per noi è diventato un punto accogliente per passare dei giorni insieme.
Consiglio perché è veramente bellissima. Grazie ancora Virginia.

Ottimo appartamento, bellissimo e accogliente, inoltre la posizione ottimale per poter visitare il centro in pochi minuti di camminata oppure con mezzi di trasporto. Il personale è stato davvero gentile e cortese. Consiglio.

Casa molto grande, estremamente curata nei dettagli, pulizia eccellente, provvista di tutti i confort, molto luminosa, silenziosa. Stanze provviste di aria condizionata, sita al 4 piano con ascensore, si trova in un condominio dove regna sovrano il verde, piante ed alberi che rendono il cortile un sogno. Letti comodissimi, la padrona di casa è speciale, generosa, simpatica e sempre presente per qualsiasi domanda o necessità dell' ospite. Troverò una scusa per tornare a farmi coccolare da quel divano comodissimo.

Ho soggiornato presso Pini di Roma per due notti, l'appartamento è confortevole, silenzioso e pulito, dotato di aria condizionata e wifi, curato nei dettagli, si trova in una zona centrale ben collegata ma tranquilla, da lì si può raggiungere il centro e le tante cose da vedere a Roma in metro o in autobus, in poco tempo o facendo una bella passeggiata! io mi ci sono trovata benissimo! Se vuoi prenderti una pausa, è il posto giusto! Nel quartiere si trovano oltre a ristoranti e locali vari, delle buone gelaterie, non mancano negozi per lo shopping! Virginia è stata un host disponibile e molto cordiale.

L'appartamento è molto bello, nuovo, pulito, e molto vicino al centro. Gli ambienti e le stanze sono grandi e i letti comodi. La metro a due passi consente di raggiungere il centro storico in 10 minuti e l'autobus che ferma sotto casa porta ovunque. Quartiere tranquillo e con tutti i servizi. Virginia è molto disponibile e ha fatto un check-in veloce e sicuro. Vivamente consigliato!
