Piccola Perla is located in Valmontone, motorway exit towards the park, 3 minutes from the Magicland amusement park, the MagicSplash water park and the Valmontone Outlet. Piccola Perla is the ideal place for all those who want to spend moments of relaxation and tranquility, both families and young people.
To facilitate customers, we provide the keys to the room and the entrance door of the structure, so that our guests are not subject to time restrictions, thus being able to return at any time being totally independent.
The structure is located 800 m from the motorway exit and about 1 km from the train station, a few steps from Rome (only 30 km) and from here you can also reach the Rome Zoomarine water park.

Charming place, very clean and well maintained. We stayed in the Perla room, it was a quadruple room, but since we have four small children, the very kind Mrs. Loredana let us stay all together without any extra cost. Very friendly and always available, she gives excellent advice on how to get around the area. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our stay. We will return soon.

Stayed with my family one night 2 days at the end of June. Mrs. Loredana is very kind and helpful for any request, excellent location both for the shopping center and for the amusement park reachable also on foot bar pizzeria and restaurant! Absolutely recommend.
