Our guesthouse is placed at Roma art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama nearby Eur. "Pepe" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, design with meticulous attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.

As required by the Municipality of Rome regulation, it is mandatory for non-residents under 10 years, to pay the residence fee of € 3.50 \ night. This can be paid in the property at check-in.

Bello e pulito l’appartamento, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a pochi passi dal centro di Vitinia. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite. Gentilissima e disponibilissima la proprietaria.

Mi sono trovata super bene. Un oasi di pace in mezzo alla città. La camera stupenda arredata con cura dalla titolare Roberta. Persona fantastica, cordiale, e a disposizione sempre per qualsiasi esigenza. Posto incantevole davvero. Un saluto caro anche ad Alice, cagnolina super buona e dolcissima che accoglie gli ospiti con discrezione e gentilezza come la titolare. Sei bellissima e dolcissima Alice. Un gradevole B&B immerso nel verde, la cortesia della titolare è pari alla sua verve artistica con la quale decora amabilmente gli ambienti. La posizione è molto comoda per Roma sud/aeroporto di Fco ma in una mezz'oretta si raggiunge Trastevere.

Struttura molto bella ed accogliente immersa nel verde, ideale sia per chi vuole visitare le bellezze della città sia per chi ha bisogno di staccare la spina per un pò. Ottima esperienza in questa struttura, ambiente familiare. Roberta è stata di una cortesia assoluta, venendo incontro a tutte le richieste e aiutandoci con molti consigli. Letti comodi e camere pulitissime. Non è a Roma centro ma abbiamo preferito soggiornare in un luogo più tranquillo. Il centro e comodamente raggiungibile da un trenino che collega Vitinia alla metro. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima struttura, proprietaria accogliente e molto a disposizione. Monolocale pulito ed accogliente. Unica pecca, l'acqua calda a causa di un problema della caldaia, ma per il resto ottimo.

Struttura immersa nel verde, silenziosa, molto bella, ampio parcheggio all'interno della struttura gestita da una giovane coppia molto cordiale. La direttrice Roberta oltre ad essere simpatica gioviale si rende totalmente disponibile per ogni necessità. Le stanze sono spaziose, pulite, arredate con garbo. Ampio bagno, armadio e cassetti, frigo molto capienti. Letto molto comodo, cuscini confortevoli. In poco tempo si raggiunge Roma eur per dirigersi poi verso il centro di Roma e altrettanto in pochissimi minuti si raggiunge il raccordo anulare. Sicuramente da ritornarci per un soggiorno in pieno relax. B&B che consiglio per ogni tipo di clientela.

Siamo stati in questa bellissima struttura per una notte. Il posto, situato nella campagna romana, è incantevole e molto curato. Ciò che lo rende speciale è sicuramente la cura e la passione che la proprietaria mette nel gestire il B&B, facendo sentire l’ospite a casa. Uno dei migliori a Roma!

Sono tornata a casa rilassata cime non mai! Un posto tranquillo, familiare, accogliente. Roberta disponibile per tutto! Non solito scrivere recensioni ma questa volta intendo spendere due parole per una struttura e per chi la gestisce che mi hanno colpito molto positivamente. La struttura è molto bella, pulita e tenuta con cura nei minimi particolari. È silenziosa, immersa nel verde, non lontana da Roma Eur e neanche dal mare che si raggiungono facilmente. Roberta, la proprietaria, è gentilissima e cordialissima, nulla ti fa mancare, ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua. Infine il rapporto qualità prezzo, decisamente ottimo.

Ottima struttura molto pulita e ben arredata. Per chi viaggia in macchina e vuole scappare dai rumori cittadini è ideale infatti c è un ampio parcheggio e gli unici rumori che si sentono sono quelli degli uccellini! La colazione è ricca e abbondante. La proprietaria è gentile, simpatica e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio a tutti e ci ritornerò il prima possibile.

Salve, sono stato in questa struttura per 2 giorni con la famiglia. Ottima la posizione, tranquilla e lontano dal caos cittadino. Appartamentino carino, pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli da Roberta (la proprietaria), persona gentilissima e disponibile, per non parlare della mamma che all'arrivo, per la consegna delle chiavi, ci ha offerto una crostata fatta in casa. Buonissima esperienza da ripetere. Lo consiglio vivamente, spero sia stato utile.

La struttura è pulita e confortevole, la consiglio soprattutto a chi ha bimbi piccoli come me perché è dotata di un angolo cottura attrezzato e di un ampio frigorifero. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, ci tornerei sicuramente!

Casale immerso nel verde delle campagne romane, ideale per staccare dal caos della città. La stanza offre ogni comfort: bagno e doccia spaziosi, letto molto comodo, armadi, cassetti e anche una piccola cucina ideale se non si ha voglia di mangiare fuori. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo scelto questa struttura attirati dal verde e dalla vicinanza alla città. Tramite il servizio navetta abbiamo facilmente raggiunto i mezzi pubblici, poi una volta tornati alla camera, ci siamo potuti godere il silenzio della campagna. la proprietaria della struttura è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci torneremo sicuramente, un weekend romantico da ricordare!

My name is Roberta, I'm 36 and I've been living here for 24 years. Basically I grew up!
  I used to work at the construction site as a construction engineer while I am now a potter and a full-time host! I take care of Pepe Guest House and the rest of my time I spend it in my workshop which is right here.

  I love this place with love, passion and hard work, which for me has now become the focal point of my life and my affections..In addition to me here you will also know my partner Andrea and our two dogs, Zago and Alice, very affectionate with everyone!
  I really love nature, animals but above all traveling !!! It is also for this reason that I have chosen to host people in my house! For me it is very fun to meet new people, to host them and make them feel at home!

Our facility is located in the "Mezzocammino" area and is surrounded by the greenery of the Parco del Litorale Romano. Despite being close to the various nerve centers of the city you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation.

If you arrive without a car:
Upon agreement with the management, you can take advantage of the free shuttle service to get to the Vitinia train station that connects Ostia to the Piramide Metro, or to the 705 bus terminus (Via Giuseppe Piermarini) to get to the Eur Fermi Metro Station. (For other types of travel ask the management An additional shuttle service is provided for: "Leonardo da Vinci" airport, Ciampino airport, La Nuova Fiera di Roma, "Magliana" station, " Pyramid "and" EurFermi "Ask for availability and prices first.

If you arrive by car from the GRA:
take the exit 28 of via Ostiense, follow for via di Mezzocammino and after a little more than a km turn right into via Lago Santo, at the restaurant "La Locanda". From the Leonardo da Vinci airport (Fiumicino) you can take a taxi or the Trenitalia train service that will take you to Roma Ostiense station.
Here, walk to the "Piramide" station, take the train towards "Ostia Lido" and get off at the "Vitinia" stop. We will be there waiting for you! If you want us to pick you up, there is a paid shuttle service.

From Rome Ciampino Airport you can take a shuttle that will take you to the Roma Anagnina station.
Here take the underground line A and get off at the Termini stop. Here you change and take the underground line B direction Laurentina and get off at the "Piramide" station.
Take the train towards "Ostia Lido" and get off at the "Vitinia" stop. We will be there waiting for you!
