Pepe Guest House is located in Rome, city of art; precisely between Vitinia and the Mezzocammino district (South Rome).
It is a prestigious residence where you can breathe in the scents of our past, a design structure characterized by attention to detail, with a unique and unmistakable style.

Location
Pepe Guest House is the ideal location for all traveling families who will feel at home here, for business and work trips, for a romantic holiday in a quiet and private environment, for lovers of the silence of nature and tranquility away from the city.

Pepe is very close to the GRA, Via Ostiense, Via C. Colombo and Via Pontina, all roads that connect our structure to the points of interest in Rome and the most important archaeological sites of the city. We are also very close to the Regina Elena hospital and the Campus, 15 minutes by car from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and 10 minutes from the EUR Fermi and EUR Palasport metro stations where, with a few stops, you can reach all the main destinations.
Just a 10-minute drive away is the Zoomarine Water Park, Cinecittà World and the Castel Romano Outlet!

The IFO-Regina Elena Hospital is only 3 km from here, while the Biomedical Campus is only 8km from here.

For many years now, I have been running my bed and breakfast and I continue to have fun as if it were the first day!
When you get to know me, you will understand how much I love welcoming and hosting you! I believe that being a host is the best opportunity to get to know and be known!
With love, passion, and great commitment, I take care of this place so that my guests can feel it like a second home.

I am also a mother of a beautiful two-year-old girl, so..I adore children!!!
I deeply love nature, animals, but above all, traveling!

Area suburbs

Our property is located in a side street of Via di Mezzocammino, close to the district of the same name. It is surrounded by the greenery of the Roman Coast Park. Although it is close to the various nerve centers of the city, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation.

To reach us it is essential to have your own vehicle (car, motorcycle, etc.) or taxi...public transport (bus, metro and Rome-Ostia train) are not within walking distance.
However, if you have your own vehicle you will have a great time getting around because in an easy and fast way you can take the Via Ostiense, the Grande Raccordo Anulare, the Via Pontina or the Via Cristoforo Colombo!
If you arrive by car from the GRA:
take exit 28 of via Ostiense, follow via di Mezzocammino and after a little more than a km turn right into via Lago Santo, at the restaurant "La Locanda".
After about 50 m on the left you will find an access bar with a white wall next to it where there is a plaque with the words "Via Lago Santo 11": enter and take the dirt road and shortly after you will have arrived!

Very welcoming structure, equipped with every comfort, located in a relaxing location. Located in an optimal position, it allows you to reach Rome quickly and also by public transport. Very friendly and very nice Roberta, thorough and meticulous, who pampered us throughout the stay. Beautiful place that I hope to return to as soon as possible.

I chose this property for its characteristics, certainly; however, it was instinct that made me prefer it to others. And I was right, starting with the human aspect. In fact, with Roberta, the owner, we established a nice rapport from the first phone contact. Furthermore, every request or need of mine was met by her with a smile and the utmost availability, both before and during the stay. The property is beautiful in its simplicity; attention to detail, with artistic decorations created by the owner. Impeccable cleanliness and, in this Covid risk period, also compliance with safety and prevention measures. We will definitely come back, with great pleasure. A big hug to Roberta and to Mrs. Vivì, also welcoming and very kind.

Nice and clean the apartment, away from the city chaos but a few steps from the center of Vitinia. The rooms are cozy and clean. The owner is very kind and helpful.

I had a great time. An oasis of peace in the middle of the city. The room is stunningly decorated by the owner Roberta. Fantastic person, friendly, and always available for any need. Truly enchanting place. A dear greeting also to Alice, a super good and sweet dog who welcomes guests with discretion and kindness like the owner. You are beautiful and sweet, Alice. A pleasant Bed and Breakfast immersed in greenery, the courtesy of the owner is equal to her artistic verve with which she amiably decorates the spaces. The location is very convenient for Rome south/Fiumicino airport but in half an hour you can reach Trastevere.

Great experience in this property, family atmosphere. Roberta was extremely courteous, meeting all our requests and helping us with many tips. Comfortable beds and very clean rooms. It's not in the center of Rome but we preferred staying in a quieter place. The center is easily reachable by a small train connecting Vitinia to the metro. We will definitely come back.

Structure surrounded by greenery, quiet, very beautiful, ample parking inside the structure managed by a very friendly young couple. The manager Roberta, besides being nice and jovial, is totally available for every need. The rooms are spacious, clean, tastefully furnished. Large bathroom, wardrobe and drawers, very spacious fridge. Very comfortable bed, comfortable pillows. In a short time you can reach Rome Eur to then head towards the center of Rome and just as quickly you can reach the ring road. Definitely worth returning for a relaxing stay. B&B that I recommend for all types of customers.

We stayed at this beautiful property for one night. The place, located in the Roman countryside, is enchanting and very well-maintained. What makes it special is definitely the care and passion that the owner puts into managing the B&B, making the guest feel at home. One of the best in Rome!

I came back home more relaxed than ever! A quiet, familiar, welcoming place. Roberta was helpful with everything! The property is close to our needs but above all the surprise for our child: a tart with candles, toys to pass the time, a little table with colors and balloons, what can I say. Excellent facility, very clean and well furnished. For those traveling by car and wanting to escape from city noises, it is ideal, in fact, there is ample parking and the only noises you hear are those of the birds! The breakfast is rich and plentiful. The owner is kind, friendly, and very helpful. I recommend it to everyone and will return as soon as possible.

Hello, I stayed at this property for 2 days with my family. Excellent location, quiet and away from the city chaos. Cute little apartment, clean, carefully detailed by Roberta (the owner), very kind and helpful person, not to mention the mother who, upon arrival, for the key handover, offered us a homemade pie. Very good experience to repeat. I highly recommend it, I hope it was helpful.

The room offers every comfort: spacious bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed, wardrobes, drawers and even a small kitchen ideal if you don't feel like eating out. The owner Roberta is very kind and helpful and offers a shuttle service for her guests to reach Vitinia station to take public transport and move easily towards the center of Rome. My boyfriend and I chose the Pepe Guest House attracted by the greenery and the proximity to the city. Through the shuttle service, we easily reached public transport, then once back in the room, we were able to enjoy the silence of the countryside. The owner of the property was very kind and helpful, we will definitely come back, a romantic weekend to remember!
