recently and finely renovated, offers a delightful and comfortable space for your stay in Rome.
In an elegant and quiet building with lift, it has all rooms with private bathroom, tv, air conditioning and heating,
free wi-fi and balcony. The bathrooms are complete and provided with hairdryer.
A bright and wide entrance hall with a relax area, a bath and a kitchen will greet you.
The B&B stands in a central area with many facilities: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, bank.
And just opposite the Guest House there is the Urban Railway Station “San Pietro” with connection to the Underground,
and Bus Stops to all the directions of the centre of Rome.
The breakfast is self service with packed food in the respect of the touristic - laws of Lazio Region, and it consists in:
corn-flakes, snacks, biscuits, sliced bread (ideal for sandwich and toast), marmalade, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee.

I stayed for 3 nights at this Passeggiate Romane and if I were to return to Rome I would have no doubts about where to stay. Very kind and helpful staff, 2 minutes walk from St. Peter's Basilica, practically attached to the San Pietro train station from which you can connect to the Rome Termini station, clean room and tidied up every morning with a private bathroom. I recommend it to everyone because it is located in a quiet area but very convenient to reach the center simply by walking.

Very good welcome, very friendly and warm, serious! Room and apartment very clean. Good location in Rome. Delicious coffee and a small downside on the rest of the breakfast, still correct. Overall, it is a property that offers an offer with a very good value for money. I recommend it if you want to visit Rome and make the most of the city, the room will give you a great space to rest between your visits!
