Nice B&B, nothing special. Studio apartment cramped for two people, without any work surface and with dated furnishings. The bathroom door is too noisy when closing and opening. The kitchenette is very inconvenient for preparing food; there is no work surface. The location is inconvenient because a car was always needed to get around.

Anche se la camera è piccola è stata autorizzata, quindi le misure sono conformi alle regole, certo non può avere le comodità di un appartamento. Durante il soggiorno non si è lamentata di nulla, in più la stanza l'ha scelta sul sito, dove ci sono foto e informazioni che riflettono la realtà. La posizione l'ha scelta lei, perché presente sulla mappa che mostra la zona in cui ci troviamo, che non è sperduta in mezzo alla campagna, ma a 100 mt dal mare, a pochi passi da stabilimenti balneari e spiagge libere, in un residence tra i più belli del litorale, con ristoranti, pizzerie, supermercati, bar, pasticcerie, tabaccaio e parafarmacia, a soli 30 mt. Se la sua intenzione fosse stata quella di soggiornare al centro di Terracina, dal quale ci troviamo a 4 km, come specificato sul sito e sulla mappa, non avrebbe dovuto scegliere noi. La prossima volta che prenota un soggiorno le conviene leggere le informazioni che la struttura fornisce, prima di sceglierla per poi fare recensioni negative.

Great stay both in July and September, we had a great time me and my family. Cleanliness, comfort, and distance from the sea are the strong points of this structure, the management of Mrs. Eva is truly superb, kindness and availability!

Excellent everything starting from the location that allows you to go out in slippers and swimsuit and go to the beach or take the car and reach San Felice Circeo, Sabaudia, Sperlonga and Gaeta in a maximum of 30 minutes by road. Well-served location with supermarket, bars, pastry shops, and restaurants practicing at km 0. And then her, or rather especially her, Eva the owner who makes you feel at home thanks to her kindness and availability. Moral of the story: a place to absolutely return to! My room with two single beds was small but comfortable in everything (the TV is useless). A wall-mounted cabinet would have been useful to place something on, as well as it is advisable to change the lock of the door whose key often or always does not find the right depth and annoys those who are already stressed. With little effort, it can be fixed by changing the lock. The welcome from Mrs. Eva is excellent, kind, and available on everything. The place is in front of the sea, splendid and with excellent sand, being able to choose between the equipped beach Il Campanile with a decent restaurant and popular price (from where you access the B&B) or right after the free beach, clean and never crowded. The shallow water is ideal for children. We will return!

Excellent welcome from the owner, always kind and helpful. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary, including air conditioning which was essential given the intense heat. The beach establishment is very close with large spaced umbrellas, very courteous staff, crystal-clear water. The beach establishment just steps away from the property has a bar, restaurant, changing rooms, hot and cold showers, etc. Close to the Bed and Breakfast there is a supermarket and a pharmacy. You can go on foot. So, a holiday in total relaxation. I could also see the other larger rooms, very nice and suitable for families as well. I will definitely come back.

Excellent reception and exquisite courtesy from the owner. The location and the structure of the B&B are of a high level. The furnishings of the structure demonstrate a refined taste that gives the whole environment a pleasant and particular character. The room is very beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with a magnificent terrace. Small note: the bathroom linen should be replaced more often.

My husband and I chose to stay at this B&B due to its proximity to the sea/beach and we were so happy that everything else was great as well. The room was nicely furnished and equipped with everything that we needed. The house itself was very warm and welcoming. Especially the owner was always friendly and helpful and even picked us up at the Monte S. Biagio train station. We definitely recommend this B&B if you want to spend a holiday on the beach or if you have a car, as it is located a few kilometers from Terracina.
