The apartment is entirely available and it is located near the Nomentana Street, in the Montesacro district, well connected to the historical center and Fiumicino Airport.
The apartment is newly renovated, with new furniture and accessories.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
The apartment can accommodate up to four people (including children and infants).
Bright and quiet it is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, SMART TV, FREE WI-FI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, NESPRESSO coffee machine.

-a bedroom with access to a balcony and with double bed
- a bathroom with all facilities, shower and washing machine

Our host, Madame Aprile, was one of the most accommodating with our changing schedule. She welcomed us very kindly. The apartment is very quiet and conveniently located next to all the shops, restaurants, cafes, and unfortunately, a superb pastry shop, Lu Perini, (do not try it unless you are prepared to stop there every day). And if you wish to cook, the kitchen is very well equipped. Since we have family right next door, we will gladly return.

Very bright and spacious apartment, in a well-served area, restaurants, bus stop, and supermarket nearby. Well-equipped kitchen with essential groceries, salt, sugar, coffee, napkins, a bottle of water. Bathroom with shower and window. Comfortable double bed and sofa bed for the girls. Balcony on the eighth floor but with a convenient elevator. Mrs. Laura is very kind and helpful.

Nice apartment with a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, TV and table, bathroom and small kitchen with everything, from cups to sugar, tea bags, coffee machine with pods, microwave and we arrived in the evening and even found a bottle of water! Washing machine, drying rack, and iron! The first thing that catches your eye is the cleanliness in every corner and especially the sheets and towels. Laura, the owner, very kind and with the right attentions. I really recommend it!

In the neighborhood, you can find bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and shops, and a supermarket 2 minutes away from home. The location is well served by public transport and you can reach the city center in 15/20 minutes. It's very clean and well-kept, equipped with Wi-Fi and TV, it has everything you need as if you were at your own home. I will definitely come back. Alloggio per uso turistico Roma Nomentana.
