Description
The apartment is entirely available and it is located near the Nomentana Street, in the Montesacro district, well connected to the historical center and Fiumicino Airport.
The apartment is newly renovated, with new furniture and accessories.
Minimum stay 2 nights.
The apartment can accommodate up to four people (including children and infants).
Bright and quiet it is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, SMART TV, FREE WI-FI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, NESPRESSO coffee machine.
The building has a lift
It consists of
-a living room with table, sofa bed for two and SMART TV
-a bedroom with access to a balcony and with double bed
- a bathroom with all facilities, shower and washing machine
-a kitchen is equipped with pots, dishes and all the necessary for cooking, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a fridge with freezer, NESPRESSO coffee machine.
For families with children a folding bed for children up to 36 months.
We don't accept pets
The apartment is notified at the Tourism Autority of Lazio (identification code ID1036) and at the Municipality of Roma Capitale as a private rented accomodation for tourist use (n° Protocollo QD/2016/0059128). For this type of accommodation, breakfast service is not available.
The preparation of the second bed (sofa bed) is carried out after booking the third guest. The preparation of the second bed with only two guests booked entails a supplement of 10 euros in the summer season and 15 euros in the winter season
The tourist tax is € 6, 00 per day (only for the first 10 days of stay) for each guest over 10 years of age.
Wi-fi is free.
The historic center is easily accessible in a short time by public transport which stops nearby. Easy to reach the metro station “Conca d'Oro” and the “Nomentana Station railway” where it stops the underground train FL1 to Fiumicino Airport.

Not only a host but often a guest too!
I love traveling with my family in Italy and abroad, and for our stays, I prefer booking apartments as I believe it to be the most convenient option, but above all, the most comfortable.

The apartment is located in the lively residential neighborhood of Montesacro, which offers a wide choice of restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, services of all kinds.
A green area belonging to the Aniene Natural Reserve crossed by a cycle path that leads up to Villa Ada park.
A Supermarket open on sunday too is near the home.
Not far away, on Nomentana street you can visit Villa Torlonia park and its museums, the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza and the Basilica of St. Agnes overtake in a few minutes with one of the public transport stops nearby. Easy to reach the Sapienza University, the L. U. I. S. S. University, and the Policlinico Umberto I Hospital.

Very bright and spacious apartment, in a well-served area, restaurants, bus stop, and supermarket nearby. Well-equipped kitchen with essential groceries, salt, sugar, coffee, napkins, a bottle of water. Bathroom with shower and window. Comfortable double bed and sofa bed for the girls. Balcony on the eighth floor but with a convenient elevator. Mrs. Laura is very kind and helpful.

Nice apartment with a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, TV and table, bathroom and small kitchen with everything, from cups to sugar, tea bags, coffee machine with pods, microwave and we arrived in the evening and even found a bottle of water! Washing machine, drying rack, and iron! The first thing that catches your eye is the cleanliness in every corner and especially the sheets and towels. Laura, the owner, very kind and with the right attentions. I really recommend it!

Second stay at Alloggio per uso turistico Roma Nomentana and everything was perfect. The apartment is well located and well connected to the city center and the airport, with buses and metro very close. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and well maintained. The apartment is small but complete with everything you need, with the kitchen available. In the neighborhood, you can find bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and shops, and a supermarket 2 minutes away from home. Bus stop at 100 meters (with bus 90 you can reach Termini in 15/20 minutes), while the metro station is behind, reachable in 10 minutes. Very helpful and courteous owners.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and equipped with every comfort. It is located near the bus stop (you can reach Termini train station in just 15 minutes) with a supermarket a few meters away and every service you may need. Mrs. Aprile is very kind. Excellent value for money.

The location is well served by public transport and you can reach the city center in 15/20 minutes. It's very clean and well-kept, equipped with Wi-Fi and TV, it has everything you need as if you were at your own home. I will definitely come back. Alloggio per uso turistico Roma Nomentana.
