Description

The new orleans is a spacious and comfortable guesthouse offering simple but well-located rooms just a short walk from the Termini station, close to all means of reach to the city center and the most important historical and cultural points of interest. All rooms are equipped with all comforts 'Air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer, courtesy set with towels and soaps, safe deposit box. We are also happy to prepare vegetarian, vegetarian or gluten free coca cookies. 24 open recipe H is available to book tours or taxis.

The breakfast offers a continental buffet with a variety of pastries, fruit juices, hot drinks, fruit, yoghurt and savory snacks.

Upon request, and at no extra charge, we also offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free breakfasts.

The breakfast room is open every morning from 8. 00 to 10. 00.

If the guest leaves before the breakfast room opens, we can prepare a packed breakfast upon request.

In the room there is a menu with a rich variety of sweets and snacks for all those who decide to have breakfast afterwards.

The rooms are equipped with a small table to consume breakfast comfortably and in peace.

We are in a great area for every communication, we are close to the station termini and two minutes from all means of moving to the city. We are just two steps from the taxi and trains station. The area is full of shops and supermarkets besides a regional market

The location is very convenient for walking or using public transport, but the room does not match the photos. It has dated and worn furniture. The bathroom needs improvement: there are broken tiles on the floor, the shower head is full of limescale, the sink plug is missing, and there is no bidet. The shower curtain, originally white, is now yellow. Some wall sockets are not working.

Comfortable because it's close to Termini station and the city center. Cleaning and furniture can be improved. Having stayed only one night, it was a good solution for me at an affordable price.

Friendly staff, they gave me the room with a double bed even though I had booked a single bed. The only flaw was the bathroom, the shower area invaded half of the toilet bowl and taking a shower with the curtain closed to avoid getting dirty was an adventure.

I paid 104 euros for a triple room, a slightly high price. The location is excellent, 150 meters from Termini, with bars and restaurants below the structure, very professional staff, clean room with a beautiful view, clean, hygiene products in dispensers, excellent breakfast for just five euros (toast, croissant, juice, coffee and cappuccino).

The property is located near Termini station, therefore in a strategic position to use public transport and visit the city. The accommodations are on the third floor, reachable by a small elevator that can barely hold two people. The corridor facing the rooms is very narrow and always cluttered with carts, cleaning bags, and a ladder leaning against the wall. The room is quite basic, equipped with a TV and a small (turned off) fridge, with walls in some places dented and dirty. It is evident that the room was not cleaned before our arrival, as dust is visible in several spots. Despite requesting two single beds, the room had a double bed and the manager, instead of apologizing and immediately addressing the issue, suggested fixing it for the second night; only after our insistence did he take action. The bathroom is small and lacks shelves (except for a tiny one near the mirror), with a shower curtain so worn out that it's impossible to shower without bumping into it and flooding the bathroom at the same time. The toilet seat is also loose almost falling off its hinges. Added to all this are the constant noises (voices, loud noises, slamming doors, phones, etc.) coming from the corridor and other rooms, disrupting rest not only in the early afternoon but also late at night or in the early morning hours (at 6 am it already felt like full daylight). It should be noted that the property is nothing more than a guesthouse, as there is no daily cleaning or linen change unless with a surcharge. We did not have the chance to experience breakfast, which seemed very poor.

I had the pleasure of staying at the New Orleans property which impressed me with the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. There is nothing more annoying than entering a hotel room and finding traces of dirt or dust everywhere, but here I found the opposite. The room where I stayed was perfectly clean, with fresh and fragrant sheets and towels. In particular, the bathroom was one of the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. All surfaces were impeccably clean, without stains or traces of limescale. Even the shower tiles were sparkling. But not only cleanliness made the difference in this stay, the heating also worked perfectly. Despite the rather low outside temperature, inside the room there was a cozy and comfortable temperature. This made the stay even more pleasant and relaxing, allowing me to rest and enjoy my time in the hotel to the fullest. In summary, I highly recommend this property for its impeccable cleanliness and the perfect functioning of the heating.

Very convenient structure close to Termini station, small room but equipped with everything you need. The only note I feel like making is the slightly uncomfortable bed, not double but two single beds close together that moved with the slightest movement, it might have been more functional perhaps to use a double mattress cover to keep the mattresses together. Apart from that, everything is fine.

Old building, basic facilities definitely not clean (floor, bathroom was awful) hopefully we had clean bed sheets and towels. Close to Termini and the city center, you can definitely level up if you clean the rooms properly.

The rooms were not clean at all, neither under the bed nor under the desks and tables. The dirt had created a layer of gray fluff, a sign that they had not been cleaned for several weeks! The bathroom lacked a shower mat, and the shower tray was equally dirty, so I had to clean it myself with a detergent. Additionally, the shower head was completely clogged. The television was present but not connected to the electricity or antenna; I had to take care of that myself. The only positive aspect was the air conditioning, which was excellent. The breakfast was acceptable.

Very simple and functional hotel with air conditioning. Quite clean. Excellent reception. Near the station, convenient and quiet. The gathering of sheets and blankets in the corridor needs to be reviewed, but all in all it is a great accommodation to explore Rome. Breakfast provided but we did not use the service.
