The Loft is clean and welcoming and has all the comforts. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean and white, so you feel at home right away. The strong point of the property is Alessandro, always present for every need but not intrusive. He organizes and advises without imposing the stay in Rome to leave you an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return. Thank you for everything, see you next time.

The location is good. That’s all. Frankly speaking, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was dirty, tiny, dark, and semi-basement. We used an extra bed, but the extra blanket was so dirty we couldn’t use it. And the host noted that if I check in after 8:30 PM, I have to pay 25 euros. There should be a notice in advance before making a reservation. Almost 200 euros per day is too expensive for its value.

Beautiful apartment, pleasant and clean in an excellent location. Comfortable and quiet for sleeping. The only structural note: the two-room apartment has only one window, but I do not think you need any more with the beauty of the city outside its door.

Alessandro was very attentive and responsive. The apartment is in a fantastic location for accessing many of Rome's most famous sites including the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. It is about 25 minutes' walk to St Peter's Basilica. There are taxis and bus stops close by. And there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The facilities in the apartment are good. The in-house wifi worked very well. I felt secure, as there is a main door to the road, an internal gate and a front door to the apartment, all with locks. The only thing missing is a washing machine/dryer, for longer term stays, and a clothes iron and ironing board. But there is a laundry business about two doors up the road if you need it.

The property needed airing out properly as it felt slightly damp. The easiest problem to solve would be the window that opened onto a busy area. Although safe with bars outside. The windows locking mechanism was broke. This meant it not being sealed and therefore soundproofed. The noise from the people heading home throughout the night woke us up. However this problem could easily be solved by fixing the window. But a charming little place all the same.

A hole, dark, with a window overlooking an internal wall. Noisy air conditioning as well as the shower that hisses like a siren. Clogged bathroom sink. Experience not to be repeated.

The property is very clean and close to everything. It is super secure since it is in a government building and there are 24 hours armed police officer guards the front gate. The hose is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the property is a little small and there is only one bathroom on the 2nd floor.

The accommodation is very well located, has private security, is comfortable and modern. It is very well equipped, all comforts resolved and the manager is very helpful. Close to all the most important points to visit in the city of Rome. Although the price is not convenient for Argentinians, it is affordable in relation to quality.
