Description
The apartment is on two floors and it has been expertly furnished so that you will have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen, a sofa bed and a lovely living room.

Free wi-fi, clean towels and hairdryer, heating, air conditioning and two lcd TVs will also be available
The cost includes towels and sheets, while the City Tax is excluded.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The property needed airing out properly as it felt slightly damp. The easiest problem to solve would be the window that opened onto a busy area. Although safe with bars outside. The windows locking mechanism was broke. This meant it not being sealed and therefore soundproofed. The noise from the people heading home throughout the night woke us up. However this problem could easily be solved by fixing the window. But a charming little place all the same.

The property is very clean and close to everything. It is super secure since it is in a government building and there are 24 hours armed police officer guards the front gate. The hose is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the property is a little small and there is only one bathroom on the 2nd floor.

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado, tiene seguridad privada, cómodo y moderno. Está muy bien equipado, todas las comodidades resueltas y el encargado es muy servicial. Cercano a todos los puntos mas importantes para visitar de la ciudad de Roma. Si bien el precio es poco conveniente para los argentinos es accesible en relación a la calidad. Sin dudas es muy recomendable.

Un buco, buio, con una finestra che dà su un muro interno. Aria condizionata rumorosa come pure la doccia che sibila come una sirena. Lavabo del bagno intasato. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Appartamento comodissimo per arrivare ovunque in centro a Roma. Belli i locali, puliti e arredati con gusto. Attrezzato con tutto. Puntualità e gentilezza nell'accoglienza. Superconsigliato!
