Reception like the Pakistanis arriving in Lampedusa, it felt like communicating with someone who didn't care about what I was asking. Broken window without a handle (there was a thunderstorm in the evening), shower curtain with mold, people shouting from the rooms, more like a hostel than a B&B. I have made 19 trips throughout Europe and I felt cheated in my own country. Strongly discouraged, exaggerated price for this place for the ROM. No blankets, no TV, non-working Wi-Fi, sewer smell in the bathroom, musty smell in the sheets and pillows. The worst experience of my life.

Problems since my arrival. Access was complicated, although I arrived late. Broken blind, impossible to avoid the light. The air conditioning was icy and I couldn't adjust it. Broken plastic bathtub. The power went out and I had to activate the differential personally, turning off the water heater and only the Romans know at what glacial temperature the water comes out of the taps.
