I cannot consider the property highly comfortable. Street noise is very noticeable; the rooms are not well soundproofed. In the morning I repeatedly heard alarms ringing persistently and no one tried to turn them off.

Well located place to take the metro and easily visit Rome and the Vatican, very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Also the owner, Alex, is charming and helped us with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Very good host and a good location by the metro station. A little bit noisy because it is on the main street, 50 meters from the metro station. Very clean, new apartment. Very comfortable, large bed. Fridge and kettle in the room. Air conditioning. A big plus is the possibility of late check-in. A lot of cafeterias, shops and restaurants nearby.

Overall, a good experience staying here. I stayed in room 2, which has a big balcony overlooking the road. The bathroom is quite decent (not cramped at all) and tastefully designed with a separate bathing area. All in all, a good stay.

It is a family business where the dedication, effort, and affection of the responsible people are clearly observed at all times. Moreover, all the equipment is of high quality and good taste. Very kind and helpful hosts. Although we arrived early, they let us check into the room before expected. The kettle and everything needed for a mini breakfast in the room were very appreciated, as well as the coffee machine and kitchen area in the common room. New structure, very well maintained. Very close to the metro, with a garage for cars next door.

Great place, very clean. It's a pity that I had to fight to get a room and pay a little more than the price on the site. But honestly, go there with your eyes closed, the place is very clean and 20 minutes on foot from the Vatican.

We stayed at Maritza's house in mid May 2025. The property was fairly easy to find showing up on a Google search and the ringer button labeled. Our host was waiting and came down to greet us. He also gave us tips for navigating Rome and where to eat dinner. There are nice local restaurants if you want to eat in the area. The close proximity to the metro station is the best thing about this place allowing quick access to anywhere the metro goes while staying out of the very busy city center. There were in room crackers and coffee provided which we had every morning. Felt very safe, quiet, and nice. Would recommend.

Maritza's House is a property conveniently located for the subway and is brand new and kept in an excellent state of cleanliness. The owners were very kind and helpful with me helping me find a parking spot for my car nearby. If I had to sum it up in one word I can only say: Excellent.

After a few years of going to Rome, I can say I've been to the best B&B: top-notch in every way! The owner proved to be an extremely kind person. Attention to details, room refurbishment, and change of linen every day. Definitely a place to come back to, I recommend it!
