VILLA INN ETRUSCAN Not everyone knows the ancient port of Murelle, now submerged by the Etruscans came acque. Lì a time and, before heading off to Vulci, stopped at an inn. The rooms are very spacious. Inside each one, there is also a table and chairs to have breakfast in total tranquility and privacy without having to interact with other guests or the manager. There is also a corner in the room with everything you need: a professional Lavazza coffee machine, cappuccino, tea (milk, cookies, croissants, etc.), all strictly packaged for absolute hygiene in compliance with the B&B regulations, which require that breakfast be provided in a closed and sealed package. The convenience is also having all this available throughout the day and in complete autonomy.

A special mention goes to the open space LOFT, which is equipped with a kitchen.

Breakfast can also be enjoyed outside in the garden.

Excellent breakfast with some local products, all delicious. Perfect location of the B&B, close to Lake Bolsena, Vulci, Montalto, and the Viterbo thermal baths, also not far from the sea by car. (By car, the towns and attractions are no more than half an hour away) Great tips for local trattorias, supermarkets, bakeries. The owner was really kind and available for any question or request. Spacious and clean room, with all the space you may need for a one or two-week vacation. Thanks again, we had a great time at her place, we hope to come back next year.

B&B in the town center (Montalto di Castro). A room with a bathroom, clean, located on the second floor of a building in a quiet position. Parking is not always easy. In the room, we found a "antique" chest of drawers and bedside tables, a small fridge and a television. Unfortunately, there was no wardrobe to place suitcases etc. Only two hangers to hang shirts or other items, are insignificant. Also in the bathroom, something is missing to make everything easier. Soundproofing with the other rooms needs improvement (everything could be heard, as if they were in our same room). I must say that overall the rating is: 6 1/2. It's a shame, small details that would have raised the average. Overall, however, I would recommend it to those who want a base for the seaside area (Montalto Marina).

We stayed in the room in the center of the village. Minimal but clean room, bathroom was also okay. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, however, a fan was available which was more than enough for our one-night stay. The very helpful owners gave us a lot of information via WhatsApp.

We spent three days of absolute relaxation in the middle of the countryside away from noises. Recommended for those who want to escape from the stressful daily routine. Emanuela and Alessandro, the owners of the property, are friendly, very kind, available for anything, and respectful of their clients' privacy. Large, welcoming rooms equipped with essential services for every need. We also thank them for giving us the opportunity to choose the room we liked the most. Much more than a positive experience. At the time of booking, the manager informed me that the rooms at Locanda degli Etruschi were sold out but there was one available inside a building in the old town of Montalto di Castro. The booking confirmation email, sent by this website, mentioned the Inn and the manager immediately apologized for the confusion and asked me if I wanted to cancel the reservation. It was fine with me in any case, so the ratings in my review refer to the property in the center of Montalto, where I had a very good experience.
