Le Stipe di Sopra

"Le Stipe di Sopra", a delightful studio apartment, is a pied-à-terre Bed and Breakfast located just a short walk from the historic center of Fondi, where you can visit the most important points of interest in the town, such as the Cathedral, the Baronial Castle, the Jewish Quarter, the Caetani Palace, and the Cathedral of St. Peter.

The entrance to the B&B is completely independent and the use of the kitchen is exclusive. Therefore, both the entrance and the kitchen are not shared.

The ethnic-style furniture gives the environment a natural and relaxing tone, making you feel at home. We will be happy to give you the best advice to organize your stay and have an ideal vacation in this peaceful town that is also close to the best beaches of the Southern Pontine area, including the beautiful Sperlonga, the "three hundred steps" in Gaeta, and the lively Terracina with music and evening shows at the beach clubs.

At the port of Terracina, there are ferries to reach the wonderful Pontine Islands, such as Ventotene, Palmarola, and Ponza.

For those who want to spend peaceful days, the owners offer, included in the price, a private fenced parking with gazebo, barbecue, and wooden table 80 meters from the sea, located in the "Salto di Fondi" area, reachable from Fondi in 10 minutes.

The property is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance and no time constraints, and there is easy parking available (no blue zone).

There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating. A 42-inch LCD TV in the living area and a 32-inch TV in the kitchen. Internet connection is available.

You can also make use of the brand new fully equipped kitchenette.

For lovers of good cuisine, the owners will recommend typical local restaurants.

The prices include breakfast to be enjoyed at the nearby bar.

For the months of July and August, a minimum reservation of 3 days is preferred.
