The Bed and Breakfast Le Pozze is situated near the ancient Roman baths, which can also be reached on foot. These are charming limestone pools with thermal hot water that are open day and night all year round. Our B&B takes its name from these natural thermal water pools, so there is nothing better than relaxing in the warm waters and enjoying an unforgettable sunset after a busy day.
An old stone farmhouse is located in a large garden surrounded by a large oak tree, old cedar trees, and olive trees in complete peace. It has four double rooms, each with a private bathroom and independent entrance, one of which has a fully equipped kitchen. The elegantly furnished rooms are equipped with every comfort: television, hairdryer, room thermostat, summer fan, free cable and wireless internet connection, CD, DVD, DVX player. Daily cleaning and bathroom linen change every 3 days are provided. It is possible to add a third and fourth bed and/or a cot for children up to 4 years old.
A rich buffet breakfast with homemade cakes, bread and jams, biscuits, rusks, yogurt and fresh fruit is served, while for drinks you will find fruit juices, tea, coffee, milk and cappuccino. All of this will be served in a welcoming room or in the garden on sunny days. In the garden, in addition to enjoying breakfast, you can relax and sunbathe, listen to music or read a book, and use the old stone pool to cool off, as well as sun loungers and comfortable hammocks in the shade of large trees. There is also an elegant and comfortable living room that enjoys a total view of the garden.

The B&B is located in a very quiet area a few kilometers from Viterbo and the thermal baths. It is immersed in a beautiful and well-kept garden, equipped with a small swimming pool, sun loungers, and small sofas available for customers to relax. Mrs. Daniela, very kind and always very helpful, delighted us every morning with a plentiful homemade breakfast of pastries, fruit, yogurt, juices, and much more. Her advice was very useful for visiting the Tuscia Viterbese area. The room, with a fridge and fan available, was very well furnished, spacious, and very clean. The green space on the property is suitable for staying with pets because it is all fenced and therefore safe. Pleasant B&B, clean, well-furnished rooms, light heating so not suitable for those sensitive to the cold. Pets are allowed but they cannot be left alone in the room so be careful with your plans. Payment in cash or bank transfer, no cards accepted. Accessible only by car as there is nowhere to go on foot, but the city center is just a few kilometers away. Not exactly cheap, the lady managing the place is kind and polite, overall a positive experience.

Quiet and welcoming place near Le Pozze Terme, which can be reached on foot. Nice structure with everything you need for a relaxing holiday where you can also bring your dog. Daniela is a kind person who always tries to meet the needs of her customers. Good and plentiful breakfast with the possibility to buy excellent house oil. The three of us stayed only one night with a bit of bad weather and we had a great time. Definitely worth trying if you happen to be passing near Viterbo.

The place is very cozy and Gianluca, the owner, was kind and helpful. The spa girls were fantastic, my girlfriend and I felt reborn after the session. The whole structure is delightful, the apartments are lovely and furnished like independent houses. Optimal location, breakfast with fruit, toast, and cookies, too bad there was no choice for breakfast, only flaw.

Siamo stati benissimo in una stanza grande e con un bagno grande tutto molto pulito e in ordine, visto che Daniela si occupa delle pulizie in prima persona. Un ampio giardino con alberi e tanta ombra ha allietato il nostro tempo libero. La struttura è situata a 10 minuti da Viterbo e dalle Terme dei Papi che abbiamo visitato e dove grazie ai consigli di Daniela abbiamo mangiato bene e vissuto una giornata splendida.
La consiglio alle famiglie anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

In zona tranquillissima, ma a due passi dalle terme e dalla città di Viterbo.
La proprietaria è molto accogliente e disponibile, nelle stanze c'era a disposizione igienizzante per mani e per superfici.
La colazione è servita nel bel giardino con prodotti preparati in casa dalla signora Daniela. Consigliato.

Daniela che gestisce il b&b Le pozze è gentilissima e ti fa sentire a casa. Non si risparmia in indicazioni ed informazioni su cosa fare in Tuscia. Consigliatissimo sopratutto per le terme vicinissime.

Lontana dal traffico e da zone rumorose. Struttura moderna, tipica di campagna, ben attrezzata.

Ottimo per gli amanti della campagna. Non lontana dal centro di Viterbo. Consigliato per i motociclisti in quanto viene messo a disposizione un garage per le moto.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la signora Daniela si è rivelata persona gentilissima, prodiga di consigli per visite, ristoranti ed acquisti di prodotti tipici della zona.
La struttura immersa in un grande giardino lontano dalle strade di traffico ci ha consentito di riposare in un silenzio bellissimo. Pulizia ottima e colazione abbondante con prodotti preparati dalla signora Daniela. Giudizio nettamente positivo.

Il B&B Le Pozze si trova a pochi minuti da Viterbo, vicino alle terme delle Masse. L'accoglienza e l'ospitalità della proprietaria e dei suoi amici pelosetti è stata gioiosa e piena di utili consigli per visitare la città e apprezzare la cucina locale. La stanza grande e colorata e la bella vista sul parco ha reso il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Servizi e dettagli curati e attenti, c'era tutto il necessario. Buona la colazione con le marmellate preparate dalla proprietaria e un'ampia varietà per soddisfare ogni palato.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie (ed i nostri due cani) in questo bellissimo B&B alle porte di Viterbo pernottando in una bella stanza ampia e con bagno privato.
Finalmente un B&B vero nel quale il gestore abita e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti con gentilezza e simpatia.
La signora Daniela si è subito presa cura di noi dandoci tante e preziose indicazioni su tutto quello che circonda il suo B&B, dai ristoranti ai luoghi più belli da visitare. La colazione di Daniela è veramente gustosa ed abbondante: abbiamo apprezzato tutto, dai dolci alle marmellate, alla frutta fresca.
La posizione del B&B Le Pozze Terme è veramente strategica: in pochi minuti si arriva nel centro di Viterbo oppure si possono raggiungere le terme o tante belle località della provincia, compresi i laghi di Bolsena e di Vico.
Consiglio vivamente questo B&B per la sua posizione, per le ottime colazioni e, soprattutto, per la gentilezza e cordialità della proprietaria Daniela e spero di ritornare presto in questi splendidi luoghi!

Ci siamo stati per il ponte post pasquetta. Abbiamo alloggiato in una confortevole sistemazione dotata anche di angolo cottura che ci ha permesso di consumare due cene in loco, dopo altrettante giornate di intense visite. La titolare è una gradevole conversatrice sempre prodiga di utili consigli. La posizione a circa 8 km dal centro della città non ne impedisce un facile raggiungimento, visti gli ottimi collegamenti stradali. La vicinanza con il piccolo ma ben curato complesso termale delle pozze aggiunge un ulteriore punto di pregio alla sistemazione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Siamo stati questo fine settimana io e mio marito insieme ad un'altra coppia di amici. Avevamo due camere dirimpettaie che erano entrambe bellissime: la nostra di color rosso, con colori molto caldi, con bagnetto piccolo ma adeguato, l'altra ancor più bella di color chiaro con un bagno grande, da invidia!
Il posto è una zona bellissima piena di verde, che vorremmo tornare a vedere con la bella stagione visto che purtroppo ha piovuto quasi sempre.
Quello che più ci ha colpito è stata la colazione, sia per la bontà delle torte fatte tutte in casa dalla proprietaria (compresa una nutella spettacolare!) e, appunto, la proprietaria Daniela, gentilissima e espertissima a dare consigli su luoghi da visitare/ristoranti etc.
Insomma, da ritornarci assolutamente!
