Our B&B is located in a renowned area known for its thermal waters (Terme di Acqua Sulfurea) and offers a panoramic and peaceful location in the heart of the city. "Le Camere Di Bea" is a cozy and comfortable accommodation.

We also provide a transfer service, to be arranged with the manager.

Our guests will have the opportunity to discover itineraries and places of interest thanks to the advice and suggestions of the managers, in order to make their stay as pleasant as possible.

Within a short distance from our residence, guests will find numerous examples of our rich historical heritage and various tourist attractions.

Our accommodation is the ideal place for families who love to travel and want to feel at home, for business trips, and for those who enjoy wellness in a discreet and refined environment.

We offer our clients a private bathroom in each room, free Wi-Fi, heated rooms, the possibility to return at any time during the night, parking, a parking space, a kitchenette, and a spacious terrace.

The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, television, mirror, and luggage rack, as well as a minibar.

There are 3 rooms available, each with a private bathroom.

You will be welcomed and assisted by the managers who speak Italian, English, French, and Spanish.

The host was friendly and helpful, he let us leave our suitcases before check-in so we were able to visit Tivoli and the villas. The location is really quiet. Breakfast was without the host, so everything was prepackaged. Suitable as a base for a few nights because the space is small.

I stayed one night with my wife and two children to take a break during a long journey. The room is located on the fourth floor with a terrace, it is carefully furnished and has everything necessary; very nice. We greatly appreciated: - the cleanliness of the room: impeccable....well done! - the "internal" parking where you can leave the car in peace - the automation of gates, doors, and portals via the Mobile App In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the center of Tivoli, very nice to visit. I will definitely consider Le Camere di Bea for the future.

Everything was quite good. Only the mattresses, in my humble opinion, should be replaced with thicker ones. I could feel the metal on my back. The rest was all very good.

Upon arrival, the entrance door did not open, resolved by telephone. Room on the fourth floor and elevator broken. Four floors with the suitcase on foot. On the third floor, the stair light was broken.

Wonderful place and well connected, close to main points, such as the AM selection center for competitions. Extremely clean and well-organized room, feels like being in a hotel. I will come back to bring my nephew to the next competition that will take place in Guidonia just a few km from B&D.
