The property is gorgeous, spacious, and offers plenty of privacy. It would comfortably accommodate two people and is an excellent choice if you are at the end of your trip and looking for somewhere peaceful to unwind. The bathroom was lovely, with good facilities and, importantly, reliable hot water. One of my favourite aspects of the stay was the walk to the local shops and train station, which offers beautiful views along the way. Gianicolo (Janiculum Hill) is also nearby and is well worth visiting for its spectacular panoramic views across Rome. The host was friendly and helpful, providing useful tips on the best routes for getting around. For food lovers, Miami Gelato is just a short walk away and was hands down the best gelato I had during my three weeks in Italy. Otaleg is also nearby and is a great spot for coffee. There were, however, a few areas that need improvement. During my three-night stay, the room was not cleaned despite paying a cleaning fee of AUD 50. I also requested fresh towels and was assured they would be provided first thing the following morning, but unfortunately they never arrived. The host contacted me after check-out to apologise for forgetting to provide clean towels, which I appreciated. However, these basic housekeeping tasks should be part of a daily checklist when operating a B&B. For context, this was the second property I stayed at in Rome. My first accommodation did not charge a separate cleaning fee, yet the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided each day. Another area for improvement is the clarity of the accessibility information. Before booking, I specifically asked whether the property had an elevator, as I was travelling with heavy luggage. I was advised that the property was on the ground floor and that an elevator would not be necessary. While the property is technically on the ground floor, there are steps, and I needed assistance getting my luggage in and out. More accurate information about the steps would have helped me plan accordingly. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, private, and well situated for enjoying the local area and its scenic views. The host was pleasant, and the nearby gelato and coffee spots were a highlight. With more consistent housekeeping, better communication around fresh towels, and clearer information about access to the property, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.

I stayed three nights. Everything was fine. The neighborhood is quiet and elegant. The host is fantastic.

The BnB is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is no through traffic. The bus stop (bus 75), which goes directly to Roma Termini via the Colosseum, is about a three-minute walk. Trastevere station is 15–20 minutes away. Very friendly welcome with some information; Osteria Poerio is excellent. Quick communication. After the hustle and bustle of the city we enjoyed the peace and slept wonderfully. The kitchenette is well equipped, including the necessary items for a small breakfast. Conclusion: We would stay again anytime.

Really pleasant stay. The property is very welcoming, well maintained and clean: everything else was really perfect and we felt very comfortable. I just want to point out a small technical detail to make the stay excellent: the water pressure and flow should be reviewed (in particular the hot water in the shower and the kitchen sink, where the water was very low). Apart from this easily fixable detail, the place is really nice and recommended.

Entire apartment, nice and very well laid out, with a view of the Colli Romani. In the bedroom there was an air conditioner that allowed us to rest in cool comfort. The breakfast was plentiful. The area is green and quiet. Recommended.

Laura is a sweetheart. The house is super comfortable and cool; we thought we would be closer to the center but we still arrived very easily. The neighborhood is really quiet and safe. And I repeat, Laura's treatment toward us was exceptional. Go, it's worth it.

Highly recommended. Laura was very attentive. Quiet place, nice neighborhood. You can reach all the sites quickly on foot or by bus. The apartment is well equipped to eat there. Having a private entrance is very convenient.
