We were very satisfied in every respect. The location is optimal for us, not as lively as in the direct center, but with its own charm. The public transport connection is perfect. The bakery in the immediate vicinity allows for a quick breakfast.

Used to staying in hotels, I accidentally discovered this establishment, a new and well-equipped guest house, clean and comfortable. The kindness of the staff is "special". Certainly, having to return to Rome, I hope it is available because I had a great time. I highly recommend it to everyone. Logistically, it is located in Prati, an excellent location behind the Vatican. It is easily reachable by the orange metro and is right in front of the Ottaviano stop. Very well served by buses too.

The rooms are new and very clean, the beds are comfortable, the room design was modern and pretty and it was quite spacious. The host was kind and replied quickly to our messages, his instructions to find the apartment were clear and easy. There is also a Samsung smart TV and a coffee machine with tea and really good coffee. The location was also good, near the metro but quiet at night. Everything was excellent and I was very impressed, I loved how clean everything was, it felt amazing staying there.
