The B&B L’Appartamento Romano is a luminous Bed and Breakfast located in the center of Rome, in one of the most lively and elegant neighbourhoods of the Capital. The strategic position of the structure allows you to reach in a few minutes on foot, by bus, tram or subway all of Rome’s main highlights and workplaces.
The B&B is situated in a quiet Nineteenth Century building which has been fully renovated, equipped with a elevator and a nice central court.
The running of the structure is both environment and health friendly, following high safety standards. Fast internet wi-fi is available free of charge in the room and the common areas.
The room has a fresh, relaxing and unique design. The beds are of excellent workmanship: complete rest is guaranteed and they meet any needs for the overnight stay (single beds or a super king bed for one or two people). The room’s window has a view on a typical local market, open from Monday to Saturday.
The comfortable en-suite bathroom has a big shower, hot water always available, hairdryer, 5x magnifying mirror, soap, tissues and bath towels.
The room is air-conditioned at will for each season and it has thermal-shielding and soundproof framings. Within the room a 32” LED TV is available and for a relaxing break an electric boiler with many teas and infusions is available as well.
The breakfast is served in the common room or, more comfortably, in the private room. Our breakfast consists in an extensive choice of fresh bakery products, coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, yoghurt, fruit juice, Nutella, jams and honey.
The room is tidied up and cleaned daily.
For those who travel by car, you will be able to park it on one of the many public streets all around the B&B. We will pay for the parking fees for the whole duration of your stay.

We stayed at B&B L'Appartamento Romano for 2 nights last month. Very clean room with private bathroom, excellent breakfast (more than you can eat), nice hospitality and close to the bus station. Lydia and Mauro are very nice and kind people, they explained everything in detail about the transport in Rome and Mauro was also very helpful in booking us a taxi to the airport on the day of our departure. Rome, like the City is eternal, will remain an eternal memory thanks to the quality of the accommodation at B&B L'Appartamento Romano. Very beautiful room, the toilet shower sink area is very pleasant and super clean. The accommodation is very well located to explore the City in 4 days on foot: all the major sites and places to see are within an hour's walk for better admiration. And very friendly welcome from Lidia and her husband.

I really liked the B&B and the family-like treatment of the managers. If I may give a suggestion, I would say to complete the bathroom with a shower cap and a specific shampoo. I will definitely come back.

Non-chaotic area despite being close to the city center and tourist attractions. Decent and even somewhat stuccoed building in some parts. Accommodation with every comfort, more than satisfying breakfast and not least the warm welcome from the managers, truly kind and attentive not to cause any displeasure to the visitors. Definitely recommended structure.
