Max is a fantastic host. He communicated well and gave us essential information and map at the beginning of our trip. He was also happy to help throughout your trip which was evident when I needed his support to book a local restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. The photos do not do it justice. The bathroom was lovely and we felt safe and happy. Breakfast in the local bar was typically Italian and the staff there were very engaging. Without hesitation, I would recommend this guest house. Thank you Max.

Comfortable accommodation near the metro (100m), with access to the center of Rome in 15 minutes.
The rooms are clean and functionally furnished with direct access to the terrace.

Posizione strategica, a un minuto dalla fermata della metro. L'autobus 490 da Tiburtina lascia davanti al portone del B&B. In zona sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari ed è
possibile andare a piedi a parco Monte Ciocci in cui si può assistere a un bel panorama.
Accoglienza ottima; proprietario gentile e disponibile che ci ha indicato come raggiungere i principali luoghi turistici. Stanza pulita che si affaccia su una piccola terrazza. Bagno piccolo ma pulito e doccia abbastanza spaziosa. Perfetto per due persone.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il bed and breakfast si trova in un quartiere residenziale vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana e nello stesso tempo lontano dal caos della città. Max è stato sempre disponibile per darci dei consigli, la pulizia impeccabile. Struttura consigliata.

Posizione molto comoda perchè vicinissima alla metro, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, pulito, il gestore è stato disponibile e ci ha fornito informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Sarebbe auspicabile qualche agevolazione / convezione per la colazione nel caso non si voglia farla autonomamente nella cucina condivisa della struttura. Noi siamo arrivati in treno quindi nessuna info su parcheggi per auto.

Mi sono trovato bene, zona tranquilla per essere a Roma. Il gestore Max è molto accogliente, il bagno davvero bello e comodo. Nel complesso consiglio.

La struttura è comoda e funzionale e le camere molto accoglienti. Max, il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile. La zona è ben servita sia da autobus che da metro con la stazione Ubaldo degli Ubaldi linea A a pochissima distanza. C'è tutto quanto serve nei paraggi. Consigliato

Capita spesso ormai, di prenotare via internet senza avere pienamente idea e a volte ti trovi delle sorprese non piacevoli. Non è assolutamente il caso del b&b di Max, anzi secondo me non viene messo in risalto le tante qualità che ha: la posizione ottimale per raggiungere qualsiasi posto dato che la metro è praticamente all'uscita del palazzo, nonché i negozi vicini supermercati bar buoni ristoranti come Joseph, la stanza grande con il bagno privato di stile, la pulizia quotidiana della stanza e della struttura, ultimo ma nn ultimo il grande terrazzo che circonda l'appartamento, che ha ci permesso di "respirare" nelle calde nottate romane insieme all'aria condizionata.
Da sottolineare l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Max.

Posizione ottima per la visita al Vaticano molto vicina alla fermata Baldo degli Ubaldi metro A.
Gestore molto disponibile nel fornire informazioni per la visita in città.
Lieve rumore di sottofondo al passaggio dei treni della metro. Consigliato per rapporto qualità/ prezzo.
Locale pulito, camera con bagno e piccolo frigo personale in camera oltre piccola cassaforte.
Disponibilità della cucina con presenza di frigorifero più grande, forno e macchina caffè e microonde (cucina in condivisione per le 3 camere presenti). Molto soddisfatto del soggiorno 7 notti.
Colazione non prevista per problema Covid ma disponibile con cialda caffè e bollitore the’.

Gestore molto disponibile e cortese. La struttura è ubicata a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro baldo degli ubaldi, linea rossa. In poche fermate di quest'ultima puoi arrivare a visitare monumenti importanti di Roma.
La struttura è accogliente e pulita. Io e mio figlio ci siamo trovati molto bene. Anche rapporto qualità e prezzo è buono.
Che dire...sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per un futuro ritorno a Roma.

Abbiamo soggiornato cinque notti in questa struttura, tutto perfetto dalla disponibilità del gestore alla pulizia delle camere, ottimo lo spazio all'aperto e la cucina attrezzata per ogni evenienza (dalla colazione alla cena) e ottimi i caffè (o tè se uno preferisce) offerti ogni mattina da Max.
Metro a due minuti in un quartiere molto tranquillo dove tutti i servizi sono vicini al b&b.
Assolutamente da consigliare, accetta il bonus vacanze.

Grande disponibilità da parte del gestore. Pulizia della camera quotidiana e posizione tranquilla e a pochi minuti da San Pietro facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici (metro e autobus). Metro a circa 2 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Perfetta anche per chi vuole usufruire del bonus vacanza.

B&B pulito, spazioso e con stanze ben arredate.
Disponibile una cucina che rende comodo il B&B per soggiorni più lunghi.
Fermata metro linea A a pochi minuti.
Consigliato anche per chi vuole andare al centro, oltre alla metro varie linee autobus che collegano con il centro storico.
Disponibile e cordiale il proprietario. La chicca è il terrazzino in cui potersi godere un po di fresco in serata.
