The B&B La Volpe e l'Uva is a beautiful villa located in the hills of Santa Marinella (RM) at 150 meters of altitude above sea level, surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees and pines
We offer you a quiet and relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and summer heat, just 10 minutes from the beaches of Santa Marinella and Santa Severa, particularly suitable for families with children. In half an hour you can reach the Etruscan necropolis of Cerveteri and Tarquinia train and St Peter's Square
We have two double bedrooms both cozy and comfortable with a private bathroom, conditioned air, a large common room with a kitchen and a large garden where you can safely park your car safely.

Your children can play freely with the available games in the garden and in the summer you can enjoy the large above ground pool with a sand filter.

If desired, during the periods of July and August you can rent the whole apartment weekly transformed into a B&B with private entrance and available over the kitchen is also a washer and dryer machine
We are also equipped with 2 charging stations for your hybrid/electric cars

Located in Santa Marinella on a hill 3km from the sea, B&B La Volpe and Uva offers a beautiful garden for your moments of relaxation overlooking the sea and the Tolfa mountains.

The accommodations are equipped with private bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer, air conditioning, LCD TV; they have a common seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher etc.

An Italian sweet buffet breakfast is served each morning, with savory items available on request. When the weather is mild you can enjoy breakfast in the garden with a splendid view of the gulf that will allow you to admire the Castle of Santa Severa in the distance to the extreme tip of Fiumicino.

Free WiFi, private parking, a seasonal outdoor pool and barbecue facilities are available.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to make an exception. I gave the highest score to all services, I felt great, availability and courtesy from the owners of the property, an oasis of peace 10 minutes from the center of Santa Marinella. The garden is large and very well-kept, as are the interiors. If I were to stay in Santa Marinella again, I would choose La Volpe e l'uva again. Michele and Sabrina, thank you again for the hospitality.

We were guests of Sabrina and Michele for a long, somewhat rainy weekend. The structure is very beautiful, located at a scenic point overlooking the sea. The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, as is the living room equipped with a very well-equipped kitchen. The owners are very welcoming and available, ready to meet the guests' needs and offer advice. The highlight is the very rich breakfast, but especially Sabrina's superb tart. Thank you, we had a great time.

Structure located on the hills above Santa Marinella, convenient to reach the town. We stayed only one night in passing, but we had a great time. The house is very nice, with a very spacious garden, the room large and clean.

Michele and Sabrina are outstanding hosts. We were given a very warm welcome and treated like family. The breakfast included the standard European fare plus some homemade baked goods. Coffee and tea were easily made in the provided appliances. The refrigerator contained milk, juices, yogurts, and butter. Fresh fruit was also available. An overall excellent breakfast menu.

Excellent structure, modern and welcoming. Spacious rooms and well-finished premises. Friendly and very helpful managers. Only flaw the location. A bit out of the way. But if you are looking for tranquility, you can't help but book. Highly recommended.

I have been to several Bed and Breakfasts in my life and I must say that this is the best of all. Quiet location, ideal for those seeking tranquility, very clean rooms and common areas, spacious and very functional (also available games for children), kitchen equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for breakfast and eventually by agreement for lunch and dinner. The managers, Michele and Sabrina, are two exceptional people who are completely available for any problem. What I have perceived is that they run this activity out of pure passion to guarantee the best hospitality! Go there, I guarantee you won't regret it. The breakfast is abundant, there are also freshly prepared sweets like tarts, apple pies, etc. I gained 2 kg despite the morning runs in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Unbeatable quality/price ratio, the best in Santa Marinella.

We stayed in Santa Marinella for a visit to our almost 2-year-old baby at the Bambin Gesù pediatric hospital. On the internet, without thinking twice (looking at the photos and positive reviews), we booked this 'splendid B&B' immersed in greenery and very close to the sea, beautiful, welcoming, very clean, everything perfect to make you feel at home, too bad we were only there for one night. We had a great time. The owners are wonderful, they made us feel comfortable and were very helpful. Highly recommended.

We are a family with 2 young children (3 months and 4 years old) and we had a great time. The place is surrounded by greenery, elegant and clean, with panoramic sea views. Modern furnishings, all new and of good quality. The owners are exceptional, make you feel at ease and are very helpful beyond normal expectations: they gave us excellent advice (choice of restaurants, beach and activities), considering family needs. Try it to believe it.

Excellent structure managed by Sabrina and Michele, extremely sweet and kind people. The house is very well furnished, clean and well-kept, with lots of greenery and a beautiful pool, on top of a hill with sea view. We had a great time, just a pity we could only stay for two nights.

Villa located on the hill of Santa Marinella, very beautiful location, silence and much peace. Room and services very spacious, welcoming, furnished with great taste, premises recently built, very clean. Lounge in front of the rooms very large furnished with armchairs, sofa with an excellent kitchen where a varied and abundant breakfast is provided to guests. The car can be parked inside protected by a canopy, very kind owners, welcoming, very familiar environment. We had a very good time, just 2 days.

For those who really want to relax, excellent location away from the chaos.
