Strange but true, the place is exactly as described: brand new and spotless. The garden is beautiful and well maintained, and the pool is also nice with the breakfast room overlooking it. The rooms are clean, well furnished and equipped with brand new mattresses and pillows, air conditioning, television and free wi-fi. The bathroom is remarkable with a large shower. The thing we appreciated the most was the availability and professionalism of the staff, especially Luca, who was able to meet every one of our needs promptly and quickly. Not to be overlooked is the proximity to Ciampino airport and the Casabianca station (300 meters), from which you can reach Termini in just 20 minutes for a few euros.

I am not sure why I cannot enter the country I live in. Italy is not on the list? Anyway, we drove up to Rome and stayed in this very lovely, very clean B&B run by Luca and his family. They were amazing. Among many other services and kindnesses you would expect from this type of property, they were accommodating, solicitous, and helpful in every way we could think of. Not only did we have lovely conversations in English, but they gave us a late checkout and allowed us to leave our car safely parked in their secured area until late in the evening on the morning we checked out. They also kept our bags locked up, just to be safe. By the time we left that night, we vowed to go back and see our new Italian friends. The one downside of the visit was that we were so close to the airport, it was quite noisy from the aircraft taking off. But I brought my own "white noise" and heard nothing from midnight to 7 AM. In fact, when I mentioned it, they sounded very interested in providing white noise in their rooms. So ask - I got the impression they might install this "masking" sound to help your sleep. The breakfast was fairly standard cold stuff, like cereal and milk, prosciutto and cheese, a few rolls, toast, etc.
