A beautiful B&B overlooking Lake Albano, with well-kept outdoor spaces. Tasty and abundant breakfast! Mr. Ivan is helpful and kind. The room (suite with jacuzzi) is splendid: well cared for, clean and intimate. There is also a small kitchenette available, with a refrigerator, microwave and sink. Only two suggestions: the possibility to increase the water temperature slightly to fill the jacuzzi; and it is a pity that the view from the room is partially obstructed by the parking area. I do not know if it is possible to have cars park elsewhere. It would make the place even greener and more welcoming. We will definitely return! Thank you for everything, highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

Thank you, Ivan, for the warm hospitality. The place is charming, clean, simple and authentic, with a magical Italian atmosphere. Ivan welcomed us late at night with great courtesy. The breakfast was excellent. Ivan asked what we liked to eat and made us an omelet with vegetables and a pampering cappuccino, in addition to all the rich offerings that were served. The location is right in front of the lake. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and see the beautiful view.

The property is in a very charming location. If you want to experience staying in a small Italian town with beautiful scenery and not excessive tourists, this is the place. The property has everything you need for a very pleasant and unforgettable stay.

The reception was excellent; they also perfectly met our needs regarding public transport schedules. The atmosphere is homely: it is a villa, and the private spaces are well arranged and independent. From the covered terrace where breakfast is served, the view of the lake is superb and at the same time relaxing. The hosts are very friendly and willing to listen and suggest itineraries to best visit the wonderful area around Rome, as well as the Eternal City and Castel Gandolfo, which should not be overlooked. The villa is just a little over two minutes on foot from the lakeside; a walk of about 45 minutes reaches the town center and the Papal Palace on the other side of the lake. Within a few minutes' walk you can also reach the bathing establishments and lakeside restaurants that offer traditional dishes, local specialties, or pizzerias. Highly recommended.

We discovered this place thanks to B&Bday. We stayed in the lake view suite from March 7 to 9. Everything was perfect, welcome, tranquility, impeccable cleanliness, strategic position to visit nearby villages. We visited papal villas and gardens, ate well everywhere, and we were also impressed by Nemi with its typical strawberries. Finally, in the jungle of B&Bs that often do not meet expectations, I found a real gem: Nido del Falco B&B. A delightful place with a beautiful lake view, immersed in greenery, a small oasis of peace where one can completely relax. The impeccable cleanliness and the carefully curated decor down to the last detail make the stay even more enjoyable. Absolute strong point: the perfectly functioning hot tub in the room – something that unfortunately is not always a given in such establishments! Another great plus was the abundant and delicious apericena, perfect as a real dinner. The breakfast, served in an atmosphere of total tranquility, was the ideal way to start the day. Everything was made even more special by the extreme kindness and courtesy of the managers, always attentive and available. And, not to be overlooked, the prices are fair and absolutely appropriate for the quality of the experience. Highly recommended! I will definitely return.

Structure hidden in a very small unlit two-way street. Distant from the 'center' and inconvenient if you don't have your own means of transport. The owner extremely helpful and kind, he rather taciturn. The room rather simple, (according to them unique family pieces) with chairs instead of bedside tables, lake view yes, after the view of the parking lot. Breakfast not sufficient and DEFINITELY not continental as declared by them. Discovered in the evening that the small living room before my room was for common use and that other guests of the structure could enter and that breakfast would be served on the highly praised lake view terrace (according to them belonging to the rooms). WHAT CAN I SAY NEVER AGAIN.

Since our arrival, Mr. Ivan was extremely kind and caring. Being on foot, he offered to drive us when we needed to go out for dinner or explore the town. This gesture of kindness made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The location of the property is definitely enviable, on the beach road of the lake slightly uphill, the wonderful view of Lake Albano right in the central position. Moving on to the property, very beautiful room equipped with everything, very refined and elegant common space, immersed in the greenery of a well-kept garden. There is also a private parking space available directly inside the property, with an automatic gate. The quality/price ratio is very high, and the kindness of the owner is the cherry on top of a fabulous cake. Congratulations, we will definitely come back.

Firstly, from the minute we arrived the view is just stunning, looking right over Lake Albano. Lots of restaurants a short walk away. The hosts made us feel very welcome and checked we were ok during our stay and what we would like for breakfast the following days. What can I say about this beautiful welcome from the B&B owners? The rooms and the house are stunning, impeccably clean and uniquely elegant. The villa overlooks the lake, offering an incredible view. Surrounded by greenery and nature, the villa is meticulously maintained. Despite the cold, sitting in the garden in front of the lake on the bench was wonderful. We will definitely come back often. When we returned from our walk, we found the house pleasantly warm, with a warmth as if we were at home. The breakfast was very plentiful and the owner incredibly kind. There is also the option of an international breakfast, but we stuck to the classic Italian one. I must say that besides being a dream place, the structure, the villa, is very well-kept and very clean. We can't wait to return in January. You can leave your car at the villa. There is ample green parking and you can walk down to the lake shore. The place is full of typical eateries where the food is excellent and the village is very pretty and well-kept.

We were two couples and had the whole floor to ourselves: perfect kitchen, dining and living room and fantastic porch. Everything was tastefully furnished, clean; art and tourism books; our room was large: lake view, comfortable and warm bed, super bathroom: whirlpool tub, hot and abundant shower immediately. I found this Il Nido del Falco B&B very beautiful, well-kept, with large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms where nothing is missing. Perfect mattresses and pillows. The family that runs the property is uniquely kind and helpful, which is not easily found around. We were pampered and spoiled, from the genuine and abundant breakfast to the aperitif. The house is large, tastefully decorated and has a wonderful garden and a fantastic view of the lake. The breakfast terrace is so suspended in time that you would want to live there. There is meticulous attention to detail and a scrupulous focus on customer needs. The silence and peace capture you. You dominate the lake and see life from above, and you truly feel like a falcon in its nest.

With my husband and a couple of friends, we spent a weekend at the B&B Il Nido del Falco. The structure is very beautiful, the garden is well-kept. The view of the lake is impressive. The agreement with the beach allowed us to enjoy the lake in complete tranquility.

The structure is absolutely well-kept and well-managed, with an excellent location just a few steps from the lake. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the managers are absolutely welcoming and helpful. Being a small structure, it enjoys tranquility and a precious family atmosphere. Also suitable for a romantic escape from the daily routine!

Spectacular place for the view from the room (we were in the Wisteria room), perfect cleanliness and kind and helpful hosts. The breakfast in the common area of the lounge overlooking the view was plentiful and of good quality. Truly recommended for visits to the Castelli Romani!
