Description

The B&B has been completely renovated in a modern style and is well connected by metro and bus. It is located in a highly commercial central area of Rome.

There is a metro stop "Teano" on line C just 200 meters from the property, and the second stop "Malatesta" is 450 meters away. In just a few minutes, the metro line C will take you directly to the San Giovanni area.

The property has a free independent garage (2 spots available), rooms with total independence, a fridge, air conditioning (Daikin), heat pump, ensuite bathroom, full HD TV, hairdryer, a set of towels, Wi-Fi internet (subject to availability and payment), kitchen (subject to availability), microwave, and dining room. Shampoo is not provided.

Check-out is at 10 am (other times can be arranged). There is the possibility of adding beds for 25 euros, and children under 3 years old do not pay if they sleep in their parents' bed.

The structure is located in a strategic area, complete with every service, including the proximity to metro line C, easily reachable. Its location makes it a convenient solution for those who want to visit the city. In addition, the managers immediately proved to be very kind and available to meet our needs.

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights at this property in September 2023. The room we were given was very cozy, clean, and suitable for our needs. The location of the property is not very central, it is located almost on the outskirts, however it is very well connected to the center thanks to the nearby metro stop. Overall, the value for money met our expectations. We would like to thank Domenico, the owner of the property, who waited for us until late in the evening beyond the expected time and welcomed us very warmly, showing himself to be kind and helpful. We will gladly return if we have the opportunity!

I had a great time. The structure is interesting, the room and the bathroom are spacious and clean. The metro stop is close and allows you to quickly reach the city center or places of interest, you can also take the bus if needed.

Spacious room, bathroom a bit small and without furniture to even just place a beauty case, but still for a few days you can survive comfortably. The location is great, a 5-minute walk away there is the metro that takes you anywhere. In front of the structure there is an excellent bar well stocked for sweet or savory breakfasts and in the surrounding area many taverns or restaurants/pizzerias where you can have dinner at moderate prices. Domenico was very welcoming, kind, and helpful, as was his father Giuseppe. It was really a nice stay.

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from metro C, perfectly connected to the city center. Nearby there are several charming restaurants, pharmacies, and a huge LIDL. The owner was very kind, he even lent us an extra set of keys because the group split up. Perfect welcome with a small gift, breakfast at the bar is included, and the prices are reasonable. Last but not least, the building has a vintage touch from the outside while maintaining all modern comforts and amenities inside. Highly recommended.

Complessivamente è di certo un bel posto. Ottimo rapporto costo/qualità. Ho messo qualcosa in meno per la colazione non per la qualità, decisamente buona, ma perché è fuori dalla struttura e, se dovesse esserci cattivo tempo, diventa problematico farla.

La gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore non bastano a bilanciare i disagi vissuti nella struttura, certo non gravi ma sufficienti ad esprimere un parere non positivo. Il bagno privo di mensole e con un solo porta asciugamani, la cabina doccia senza una porta ma con una tenda molto grande che costringe a fare attenzione per non tappare lo scarico e che si sposta facendo uscire acqua dai lati, mancanza di un tappetino per non scivolare. La camera in due notti non è mai stata rifatta, il televisore senza telecomando. la colazione da consumare in un bar a circa 100 mt dalla struttura e consistente "rigidamente" in un cappuccino e un cornetto, tanto che volendo io un dolce diverso dal cornetto ho dovuto pagare la differenza.

Bhè che dirvi, la struttura è molto particolare essendo una palazzina dal carattere un po' antico all'interno di un quartiere di Roma in cui non se ne vedono e questo lo rende già molto affascinante. le camere all'interno sono molto semplici e confortevoli, ben attrezzate di tutti i comfort per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Punto importante è la gestione che a parer mio è veramente eccezionale, gestito dal proprietario in modo veramente cordiale e disponibile. Ultimo punto ma non meno importante è la pulizia che che è nettamente superiore alla media, all'ingresso potrete infatti lasciarvi avvolgere da un delicatissimo profumo.

Ottima sistemazione per coloro che vogliono soggiornare a Roma in tutta tranquillità senza spendere un capitale ma rimanendo molto vicino alla metropolitana, stazione autobus e tram che collegano il centro. Le camere si presentano confortevoli, pulite accuratamente e ben arredate. Compreso nel prezzo un ampio parcheggio e la colazione espressa al bar molto vicino alla struttura. Una nota di merito va al gestore Domenico, sempre disponibile e cordiale. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole soggiornare per un breve o lungo periodo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per quattro giorni, riscontrando seri problemi per quanto riguarda lo scarico della doccia. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare.

Sono sardo e di ospitalità me ne intendo. Frequento questa struttura ogni due settimane ormai da tanto tempo. L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei gestori è la migliore da me riscontrata in tanti anni di soggiorni a Roma. Le stanze sono pulitissime, ampie e i letti comodi. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere, tramite i mezzi pubblici, il centro della città. In ogni caso a cinquanta metri c'è un punto taxi. Nei dintorni ci sono vari locali dove mangiare a prezzi accessibili. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo, per la mia esperienza, non a eguali. Consiglio La torre degli Anelli a chiunque voglia trascorrere piacevolmente un periodo a Roma.

La camera è carina, con servizio autonomo nuovo di zecca. Peccato per lo stato di vetustà del resto del palazzo. Buona la pulizia, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentilissimi i proprietari.
