New B&B. Single/double room with private bathroom, breakfast included in the room, independent entrance, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Very close to the B metro, which allows you to reach the city center in a few minutes (Colosseum, Imperial Forums, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Circus Maximus, etc.) and buses. Very close to the Basilica of San Paolo Fuori le Mura, Bambino Gesù Hospital, and Roma Tre University. Quiet neighborhood with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, parks, and bike paths, etc.

Well connected to Leonardo Da Vinci Fiumicino Airport. Transfer to Fiumicino Airport is possible upon request.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

San Paolo is among the liveliest and busiest districts of the Italian capital. Here stands the splendid Basilica di San Paolo fuori le Mura, one of the four papal basilicas of Rome, the second largest after St Peter's. Just beyond the basilica of St Paul Outside the Walls, along the Via Ostiense, wandering around the neighbourhood here and there you will see murals of varying quality and size, where you will find a lively nightlife full of clubs, bars and restaurants, a meeting place not only for young students, but also for tourists and residents. Via Ostiense in its last stretch reaches the Piramide Cestia and Porta San Paolo.
