Our B&B is located by the sea, adjacent to the beaches and establishments in the area, including "Stabilimento Balneare Il Gabbiano", "Stabilimento Balneare Salus", and "Stabilimento Balneare Le Sirene". The location is characterized by significant archaeological and architectural value, offering breathtaking panoramic views in a quiet area in the historic heart of the city.

"La Sirenetta Blu" is a hospitable and comfortable structure, ideal for families seeking the comforts of home during their stay, for meetings and business trips, for romantic holidays in a peaceful and private environment, and for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.

We offer our guests exclusive private bathrooms, free wifi, heated spaces, freedom of re-entry, and a well-kept garden.

The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, the possibility of adding a child's bed upon request, TV, mirror, luggage rack, and minibar. "La Sirenetta Blu" can accommodate up to 3 people for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 20 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 19 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 18 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Bed and Breakfast and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the beginning, Laura, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. Her attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care for her guests are unparalleled. Every corner of the B&B reflected her passion and dedication to providing the best for those who stay there. The rooms were impeccable, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the location was STUNNING. I highly recommend this place. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and book a stay here. We stayed only one night but it was very pleasant, the property is in a great location, all new interiors, cleanliness is top-notch, it's a mini apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room with everything you need. The manager is very discreet and kind, for breakfast he gave us 3 vouchers of 2 euros each to use at Bar Lilly where we found friendliness but above all excellent croissants. We highly recommend it! 💯.

Nothing to say about the structure, both in terms of cleanliness and the location just a stone's throw from the beach and the center. What I really didn't like was the welcome and especially the breakfast. The description mentioned a rich breakfast for all tastes, homemade jams, as well as muffins, doughnuts, and pies, etc. but it was really disappointing to discover that we had a voucher in agreement with a nearby bar worth €2 per person, to which we also had to add the difference of €0.60 for the filled croissant.

We booked at La Sirenetta Blu thinking of staying in a room, but we ended up in a mini apartment all to ourselves. The structure is very well maintained and the proximity to the sea makes it very convenient. We had a great time, thank you Barbara and Roberto.
