The Sun House is located right in front of the Sirens promenade, close to the main beach resorts and the cycle path that connects Anzio to Lavinio, a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value. Travelers staying with us can admire local handicrafts, taste typical local products through food and wine itineraries, and get lost in cultural events. On foot, it is possible to reach the center/port of Anzio and the main bars and restaurants in 10 minutes. Our facility is the perfect place for all families traveling who will feel at home here, for business and work trips, for a romantic vacation in a quiet and private environment, for those who are looking for peace and tranquility for a period of relaxation and rest. Inside the facility, there is a common room for breakfast or relaxation, a room for personal care and well-being, and three bedrooms equipped with every comfort, private bathroom, air conditioning, balcony, TV, Wi-Fi, and safe. Adjacent to the facility, there is an independent apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and private veranda. We offer guests a saltwater pool and a relaxation area in the garden.

Matteo and Valerio know how to make you feel at home, comfortable. They are available and very nice, welcoming and never intrusive. It was a pleasure to meet them and if we return to the area we will definitely stay with them. The B&B is really across from the sea; there is also a pool for guests and a relaxing garden. Everything is very pleasant.

The rooms are good even if the photos are a bit misleading about the sizes. The location is strategic for going to the beach. The breakfast has little choice. A bit expensive compared to the Anzio area; it is closer to Lavinio.

We stayed for two nights, my husband and I, along with our dog. We were very comfortable and the location is optimal in terms of the sea, as it was enough to cross the street to go down to the beach, where there is also a free beach, considering the need we had with the dog. The breakfast hosts were very kind, I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Accommodation a stone's throw from the beach, new structure and tastefully furnished down to the smallest details. The room had a useful and pleasant balcony overlooking the garden. The available pool was one of the reasons I chose this structure, and my expectations were not disappointed. The hosts were courteous and available to our dietary intolerance needs and for everything we needed during our stay. Definitely pet-friendly and close to all services.

Structure in a strategic position close to the various beaches and a few kilometers from Anzio, the managers are really very hospitable and kind, I highly recommend it.
