This two-level panoramic B&B Villa is completely surrounded by greenery and olive groves, making it a cozy home located on the Cimini Hills for those seeking a stay in a joyful and serene atmosphere.
The comfortable rooms, all furnished with refined and elegant style, offer breathtaking views of the enchanting landscape.
The structure is equipped with both a heating system and fireplace.
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and Jacuzzi bathtub.
The property also features a large pool adjacent to the Villa.
Furthermore, a newly installed Jacuzzi with a control system that allows users to adjust the amount of air and water flow for each station, and a varied number of jets to massage different parts of the body such as the neck and shoulders, back, and even jets aimed at the hands and fingers for carpal tunnel, and therefore jets located for the relaxing final foot massage.
The ergonomic and lounge chairs alternate for absolute relaxation.

The B&B is a family-run establishment.
Mrs. Maria, the owner, is the one who welcomes guests, offering them fresh drinks, delicious naturally-made jams, and sweets that are her specialty.
She enjoys embroidery (the curtains that adorn the house are all hand-embroidered), loves flowers and nature.
Thanks to the centuries-old olive trees that surround the B&B, there is a direct production of extra-virgin olive oil.
Both red and sparkling white wine are also locally produced.

Characteristic, spacious and clean rooms, quiet area and easily accessible. Parking available. Mrs. Maria is very kind and helpful, she prepared a wonderful breakfast!

Struttura perfetta per soggiorni più lunghi del nostro in quanto baricentrica rispetto alle tante località di interesse turistico nei dintorni. Il gestore ci ha privilegiato (eravamo 2 coppie ultrasessantenni) offrendoci lo chalet (2 camere sovrapposte e comunicanti, entrambe con bagno e con la possibilità, non sfruttata, di cucina ad uso esclusivo). Per quanto io non sia affatto allarmato dalla presenza di insetti e ragni, sarebbe sicuramente preferibile una disinfestazione periodica o l'uso di prodotti naturali repellenti per contenere la cospicua presenza di mosche e ragni.
Non è la stagione giusta, ma abbiamo notato la presenza di una piscina di adeguate dimensioni protetta da teli.
La struttura è immersa in un contesto intensamente coltivato a noccioli, ulivi ed una miriade di piante e cespugli anche se non particolarmente curato.
Gentili ed ospitali i proprietari.
Sovrabbondante la colazione tutta con dolci fatti in casa dalla proprietaria.

Grazie per i suggerimenti, i prodotti naturali li usiamo ma non sono sufficienti, preferiamo non usare prodotti più invadenti. La invitiamo a venirci a trovare nel periodo in cui la piscina è aperta, anche in primavera quando la natura darà maggior sfoggio di se e dei suoi colori, per poterla ammirare.
