La Panoramica is a charming bed and breakfast with a spectacular view on the Roman valley, with a gorgeous landscape! We are centrally located, at few steps from Villa d' Este gardens, the perfect place to enjoy all Tivoli attractions. Enjoy our Italian hospitality!
Arriving by car you can easily parking, directly in our street free, with a card we will give you at the check in.
Enjoy your stay in our terrace with a wonderful panoramic view on the valley and Rome landscape !
For a top experience, we suggest the Nicolò Arnaldi Superior room, with a private panoramic balcony perfect to have relax moments during your holiday.
All the rooms are large and comfortable, recently renewed, wi-fi connected, air conditioned, tea and cofee facilities.
Double, twin beds and family rooms, with wc/shower or bathroom all en-suite.
A terrace is always available for breakfast during the warm season also for reading,
Drink a glass of wine or take the best picture of your holiday!

Family house managed by the couple of friendly and cordial owners, very well-kept and clean. Pity about the not easy stairs. Central location for visits and transportation.

The room was not very warm, no kettle or tea and coffee in the room, the television small and placed too high up on the wall. Three pillows rather than four. The view from the terrace is fantastic and the location very close to Villa D’Este.

When I made the reservation, there is no breakfast included. However, the host couple still provided us two cups of espresso and coffee cakes. Very nice and warm hospitality.

Thank you very much, Orazio and Giuseppina, for my delightful stay at 'La Panoramica' B&B! My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and traditionally decorated in a charming style. I stayed in the panoramic room and I especially enjoyed having my breakfast on the balcony overlooking Tivoli. Orazio and Pina were so kind and attentive and were excellent hosts. Very nice two-night stay in August to visit La Panoramica, Villa Hadriana, Villa d’Este, and the Tivoli thermal baths. Large room in an ancient house with marble floors and vintage furniture, elegant and comfortable. No breakfast but terrace available with panoramic view.

The property looks beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, the host was very nice and helpful. About the breakfast we didn’t take it, so we cannot say something. And about the parking, during the Friday or Saturday evening it might be challenging.

Beautiful and comfortable room, with a nice and spacious terrace, the owners Orazio and Giuseppina are very friendly, kind, and caring. They pampered us throughout the holiday, also giving us advice for visits, including parking. Very good location. Excellent quiet and peaceful structure.

Very sweet little place, old style B&B. The host was very kind and accommodating. We had the room with the panoramic view and it was a lovely view. The location is fabulous, a quick walk to the #4 bus that takes you to Villa Adriana and a short stroll to Villa d'este. This is not a fancy hotel-like airbnb, but a traditional B&B which we felt was good value. We enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel has a nostalgic aura of Old Italy, with decorations, high ceilings, furniture, etc. It has great views of Rome. The host is very accommodating.

We stayed at the B&B La Panoramica this weekend 8/9/10 July and we had a great time. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness and courtesy. Very close to the center and with the possibility of parking the car along the main street that passes in front of the structure. The stairs are a bit uncomfortable, but overall a high rating and we will definitely return with pleasure.

The B&B is very well located. The bedroom is spacious with a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley. The hosts are very kind and caring. I strongly recommend the place.

Ottima la posizione, vicino a Villa d'Este e al centro di Tivoli. A qualche km da Villa Adriana. Ottima la pulizia, massima la cortesia dei gestori, ben tenuti gli interni, camera con un bel balcone con vista.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Come essere a casa di parenti. Da segnalare scale senza ascensore magari per chi ha difficoltà a muoversi. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi. Tutto pulito. Letti comodi. Vista eccezionale. Camera ampia, bel terrazzo per colazione. Posizione centrale. Consiglio al 100 %.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, ci siamo trovati benissimo, bellissima camera e pulita, si trova a pochi passi dalla Villa d'Este e a 5 minuti di macchina dalla Villa Adriana, i Signori sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, sicuramente la prossima volta che siamo in zona ci fermiamo. Grazie.
