La Maison du Charme is a family-run property in Rome, in the Appia area.
The rooms and spaces are carefully designed to offer the highest level of comfort. The property consists of two double bedrooms and a common area with kitchenette perfect for breakfast.
Both rooms, Harmonie and Délice, are equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access and mini-bar. There is also a TV, tea kettle and coffee machine. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave and induction hob. Linen and bath kit are included.

The Maison du Charme is ideally located for visiting Rome, just two stops from the metro A of the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the oldest and most important basilica in the West. The Appia area is full of many typical restaurants, Roman taverns, pizzerias and bars to enjoy local cuisine. We recommend the restaurant Buono in Via Albenga 1/ A for a dinner based on traditional dishes revisited (also available an international side menu) and the timeless tiramisu of Pompi in Piazza Re di Roma (10 minutes walk from the property). In the area of the Maison du Charme there is often a traditional open-air market offering the opportunity to buy fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables.
The Tuscolana train station is just a few minutes' walk away and allows you to easily travel by train to reach Rome’s Fiumicino airport. The property is five minutes from the metro stop "Furio Camillo" (Line A) from which you can reach Piazza di Spagna in about 15 minutes, Termini Station in about 10 minutes, Piazza del Popolo in about 18 minutes and the Vatican Museums in about 25 minutes.
