Description

The B&B La Luna is a entirely renovated chalet (September 2012), has a large garden where you can relax and each room is quiet and equipped with all comfort.

The management is friendly and will do anything to make you feel at home. Every morning in the living room with the fireplace or in the garden you can enjoy our big colazioni. Il linen and room cleaning are carried out to each customer and change, however, two times a week. We have a free parking at your disposal. Thanks to agreements with some neighboring structures will have the opportunity to play sports (swimming or gym). Other services we offer are: • Booking tickets for shows and events • Guided tours • Baby-sitting (for children aged 3 years and over).

The B&B La Luna is located in Rome, at 24 via dell'Acqua Paola, in the Monte Mario area, 500 meters away from Policlinico Gemelli and Università Cattolica, which can be easily reached on foot. Adjacent to Policlinico Gemelli is the FR3 Train Station, which takes you to Valle Aurelia (Metro Line A) in 7 minutes, San Pietro in 11 minutes, Trastevere in 18 minutes, and Ostiense (Metro Line B) in 21 minutes. The Olympic Stadium and many other places of interest in Rome can be reached within 10 minutes using buses (bus stops are located a few meters away from the B&B).

I stayed at the B&B La Luna with my family and had a great time. I absolutely recommend it for its location, convenient for the Gemelli Hospital, but also close to the center of Rome which can be reached quickly. The manager's availability and promptness was remarkable, as well as the courtesy in accommodating some of our requests. Top cleanliness and all amenities available. I will definitely come back.

We stayed on the night of March 15, 2021, the structure is very close to Policlinico Gemelli, strategic to reach the hospital and the university. Pleasant in the external appearance but with some flaws to be perfected. In fact, the triple room we were assigned has infiltrations near the wardrobe that have caused mold to form extending on the wall in close proximity to the electrical wires. The window has a mosquito net that is coming off and the television had a non-functioning remote control. These critical issues can be easily overcome with regular maintenance. Functional kitchen equipped with dishes that, however, must be left clean by the guest. No invoice despite the request by the owner for identity documents.

Contattata la signora, mi ha detto che vi era disponibilità al prezzo di 60 (sul sito scritto 55), mi ha detto di contattare il marito, il quale mi ha detto che la stanza costava 110 e dovevo dare acconto di 60. Ho chiesto chiarimento sul prezzo e non ho più avuto risposta, tanto che ho deciso di prenotare altrove, sino alla notte prima della partenza quando mi ha ricontattata dicendomi che costava 60 e quante notti facevo (scritto nella mail che ho inviato e nell'oggetto che stavo 1 notte). Veramente mal gestito, prezzi fatti a caso.

Gentile signora, a parte il fatto che ha annullato la prenotazione il giorno prima del suo arrivo e non è corretto, visto che avrei potuto chiederle il saldo totale dell’importo. Il prezzo della singola è di 55€ e non di 60€ e lo trova scritto sul sito, i prezzi non sono mai fatti a caso come dice lei, cara signora.ha fatto bene a prenotare altrove. un consiglio, per chiarire basta fare una telefonata o scrivere una mail chiara e leggibile.

Bel B&b, tranquillo e silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza di una strada di forte passaggio! Comodissimo per me che dovevo raggiungere il Policlinico Gemelli (ci si arriva a piedi in 10 minuti) I gestori sono persone gentilissime. Disponibili a dare informazioni su mezzi pubblici, negozi e ristoranti! Camera pulita e bellissimo bagno! All'interno della struttura nella cucina non manca nulla se di vuole cucinare o solo per un the o un caffè Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Personale cordialissimo, ci hanno aspettato nonostante un ritardo sull'orario di arrivo previsto. Pulizia accurata e posizione ideale per noi che dovevamo recarci al Policlinico Gemelli. Colazione disponibile in abbondanza, ma con prodotti commerciali. Giudizio positivo.

Ho soggiornato in occasione di una visita al Gemelli, che è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi - non però se si è a stomaco vuoto, in questo caso è meglio rimandare la passeggiata per il ritorno. La camera era molto confortevole, pulitissima e l'arredamento è curato, la stanza per la colazione è accogliente ed ha una cucina che può essere usata anche per scaldare o cucinare uno spuntino. Il vero gioiello è il piccolo e delizioso giardino, curatissimo e pieno di fiori profumati, alla fine della visita è stato un vero piacere tornare per fare colazione all'aperto in mezzo al verde. Nonostante vicino ad una strada di scorrimento, le stanze danno verso l'interno e sono molto silenziose.

Ottimo posto per chi ha bisogno di stare vicino al Gemelli, l'ingresso principale dell'ospedale è a circa 700m raggiungibile in 7-8 minuti di camminata. Pulitissimo, camera molto bella e accogliente e la possibilità di consumare la colazione quasi interamente in camera lo rende anche molto riservato. Consigliato!

L'accoglienza è stata molto ospitale e cordiale, il B&B è nuovo, pulito e attrezzato. Le stanze sono al piano terra con accesso dal giardino, la colazione buona con vasta scelta di yogurt, lo consiglio.
