La Fenice Monti is an apartment located less than 200m from the Cavour metro, in the splendid district of Rione Monti exactly 5 minutes walk from both the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. In the immediate vicinity you will find artisan shops, the local market, Vintage shops and a myriad of restaurants, pubs and clubs where you can drink excellent drinks and listen to live music. As soon as you arrive we will give you all the information you need for a dream stay! The 50sqm apartment consists of an entrance (covered outdoor courtyard) with chairs and coffee table, a large living room with kitchenette, table for 5 people and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom is equipped with all comforts (hairdryer + diffuser, plate, towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.)

The heating is autonomous and the apartment is equipped with an air conditioner

The imposing Colosseum, the Palatine Hill, San Pietro in Vincoli, piazza Venezia and the Vittoriano, piazza di Spagna, the Pantheon, piazza Navona, the Campidoglio, the Ara Coeli, the Teatro Marcello, the Bocca della Verità, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Tiber Island, as well as the Quirinale and the wonderful Trevi Fountain, can be reached with a pleasant walk of a few minutes (real!).
