The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building, due to its ancient structure it does not have an elevator but has wide stairs. The entrance leads to the modern and functional kitchen, with an induction cooker and everything necessary for cooking. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which can be transformed into a queen size bed if needed, a TV and a relaxation corner with an armchair and books related to the history of Viterbo. The large bedroom includes a double bed and a wardrobe. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, bed and bath linen, and courtesy kit for each guest. Inside the property, there are smoke and methane detectors. Additionally, the autonomous heating can be regulated with the thermostat at the entrance. Breakfast is not included, but there is an electric coffee machine with pods, a kettle with tea and herbal teas in the kitchen. It is possible to independently check-in using the code provided upon arrival at the property. Within the apartment, wall works dating back to that era have been restored. Sor Bruno's dwelling will give you the opportunity to truly travel back in time, immersing yourself in the medieval context.

The hosteria is located in via San Pellegrino 30 and for you guests there will be a 10% discount. For customers, a visit to the cellar below is included, dating back to 1200 and measuring 500 meters in length.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a few residential units. The uniqueness of the position allows you to live in the heart of the medieval district, a stone's throw from the major sites of interest such as Piazza San Pellegrino, Palazzo degli Alessandri, Museum of the Sodalizio dei Facchini di S. Rosa, the Duomo, the Papal Palace, underground Viterbo, and gives you the opportunity to get lost in the alleys full of architecture dating back to the 12th century, and artisan and antique shops.
