The Plauzi Residence is a cozy apartment, located just a short walk (800 meters) from the archaeological site "Villa Adriana". This is the largest villa that belonged to a Roman emperor, from which it gets its name. The emperor Adriano.

The Plauzi Residence allows you to meet all your daily needs as it is located in the center of the historic village.

Well connected to public transport, the Plauzi Residence is located just a few meters from the bus stops to Tivoli and Rome. The highway is only 2km away.

The residence is located 10 minutes from Tivoli, where you can visit the wonderful Villa D'Este, a masterpiece of the Italian Renaissance and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The villa was built under the patronage of Cardinal Ippolito D'Este, son of Alfonso and Lucrezia Borgia.

In Tivoli, you can also admire the beauty of Villa Gregoriana, a natural area of great historical and landscape value, listed as a FAI Heritage Site.

Not far from Villa Adriana, you can enjoy a natural relaxation thanks to the thermal pools, Albule waters with sulfuric water and all the comforts. Furthermore, the shuttle service for young people participating in competitions held at the selection center in Guidonia is also very functional (free service).

Cozy, clean, and well-equipped apartment. Excellent for two to three people. Alessandra was always present, kind, and punctual. 10 minutes from Tivoli, 40 minutes from Rome. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this house and I must say that I had a great time, the owners were very kind and always available, the apartment very nice, intimate clean and equipped with every comfort, it felt like being at home, I really relaxed and rested. The breakfast was very abundant and the parking was enviable. I will gladly return as a guest in that apartment. I recommend it to everyone to visit the beauties of the place. And there are many, both for business because it is a few km from the highway and Rome, and to relax a bit.

I found an excellent structure.\n\nThe manager, in the person of Mrs. Alessandra, was very professional in welcoming us to the structure, very welcoming.\nShe was able to indicate the places we wanted to visit with a wealth of historical details (Villa Adriana, Villa D'Este, and Villa Gregoriana). She recommended restaurants where the quality and price were excellent.\n\nIn short, I recommend this B&B.
