"La Cortesia", a lovely one-bedroom apartment with a small garden, consists of an entrance, a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, a reading room with a sofa, a bathroom, and is located in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from the Policlinico Gemelli and the Catholic University.
More specifically, it is located on Via dell'Acquedotto Paolo.
The management is family-oriented and will do everything to make you feel at home.
It has all the comforts: air conditioning, a fully furnished kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, hairdryer, and a small room with a sofa for enjoying relaxing moments with your readings.
The change of linen and cleaning of the premises are done with each customer change and, in any case, every 5 days a week.
Thanks to agreements with nearby facilities, you will have the opportunity to do sports (swimming or gym).

The house is nice and well furnished. It is equipped with everything needed for a stay where you feel at home. The location is good, well connected to the center of Rome by bus and regional train. The owner Anna is a very kind person. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed at this accommodation during the months of November and December, for an intervention at Gemelli Hospital. What can I say, even though far from home, we felt at home. Anna, the owner, is an extraordinary person, helpful, kind, and extremely nice. The location of the accommodation is strategic both for Gemelli Hospital and for the main attractions. 10 minutes from Monte Mario station, it's easy to reach the city center. Furthermore, the accommodation is located a few meters from the cycle path, which allows you to reach the hospital comfortably without the need to take public transportation. The environment is quiet, familiar, and equipped with all essential services: supermarkets, pharmacies, clothing stores, bars, laundromats. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts and is ideal for 2/3 people. But the highlight is Anna, the owner, who made herself available for all our needs and attentive to our requirements.
