Description

Don't be fooled by the name, there's nothing broken about it! The choice is linked to an anecdote from some time ago, when, during renovations, my little nephew, seeing tools and rubble everywhere, gave it this nickname.

In reality, it is a lovely villa immersed in the greenery and silence of the countryside, surrounded by lush poplar and pine trees with a splendid garden and a comfortable barbecue area.

The B&B is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes from the sea and city center, and a few kilometers from the historic center, the Circeo National Park, and all the other historical, artistic, and natural points of interest in this enchanting place.

Quiet and well-kept location, spacious and reasonably clean room (except for a few little things here and there that made us wrinkle our noses a bit), helpful and kind hosts. Special mention for the breakfast, with really delicious homemade tarts and sweets. The only downside in my opinion is the poor sound insulation of the rooms, but nothing tragic. Very nice, I would go back!

Our stay at La Casa Rotta was absolutely amazing. We loved the location, in a peaceful countryside and in close vicinity of San Felice beaches and Sabaudia. We could explore the lovely region on bikes which were available in the price. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden, the open kitchen and the grill a lot. The view while cooking was stunning, especially when the sun was setting between the rows of pine trees in the distance. It looked just like Africa! The rooms were cleaned daily. The hosts are great, warm, welcoming and really friendly, ready to answer all questions instantly. I highly recommend the place and hope to come back there one day again.

Very well-kept structure, exterior and rooms very clean, a small oasis of peace. Good breakfast (even just sweet), very kind and helpful staff and owners. Acceptable bed comfort. I recommend it for families with a car - the distance from the center is not a problem at all. If I must necessarily give a suggestion of what to improve - all rooms should have external doors with blackout curtains (in mine there was none on one door and for those like me who sleep in the dark, it could be a problem for sleeping).

Nice weekend in Sabaudia. The property is located in the countryside 10 minutes from the beach in Sabaudia. \nNice setting of rooms with a small garden at the back. The plants and the lawn are very well taken care of. \nOnly downside, difficulty in maneuvering in the dedicated parking.

La Casa Rotta never disappoints! I had already been here just after it opened and I had a great time. Surrounded by greenery, the rooms are well-kept from every point of view and Giorgia is an exceptional host! Delicious breakfast.

Quiet and very pleasant place. In the middle of greenery and countryside. No disturbance and maximum relaxation.\n\nThe housing unit is complete with everything and very clean. Very nice bed and breakfast, tastefully decorated, both the rooms and the entire structure. Very clean, everything works perfectly: television, air conditioning, shower. Good breakfast, abundant, delicious sweets. Kind and helpful managers. Isolated context, but quiet and in five minutes by car you can reach the beach and the city center. Very beautiful areas to visit. Even in restaurants, bars, and shops, we found kind and courteous people. Prices sometimes a bit above average, but we also found affordable options for eating.

1) The kindness and availability of the manager are unparalleled.\n\n2) Location: immersed in the greenery, in absolute peace and silence. Waking up and hearing only the "noise" of nature is absolutely wonderful.\n\n3) Structure: the rooms are clean, comfortable, and have all the comforts. Carefully detailed. Very pleasant stay in a very peaceful, welcoming, and functional rural environment, the accommodation with kitchen use is very nice, the furnishings are very well taken care of the garden. The sea is a few minutes away by car and the beauty of Circeo makes the difference. Kindness and availability. We will come back.

My family and I stayed over the weekend at La Casa Rotta, a beautiful property located a stone's throw away from San Felice Circeo and the coast of Sabaudia. The location is strategic as it allows you to reach the beaches of both places within a few minutes by car, while still being in an extremely peaceful setting, in the heart of the Pontine countryside. The property is new, the garden is well-kept, the breakfast is really good (maybe it would only lack a section dedicated to savory dishes). The room is equipped with everything necessary and finished with good materials. The owner is very kind and willing to accommodate every request. She even gave us a huge watermelon! Just two suggestions for the owner: try to contain the too many flies that disturb during breakfast in the garden (after all, we are in the countryside); the bathroom in the room is not isolated from the rest of the room, perhaps a glass panel above the wall could help. Nothing, however, that could compromise a very pleasant stay. We already plan to come back! Francesco.

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast just for a weekend with my family and I was very satisfied. It is the ideal place if you want to unwind even just for a few days: surrounded by nature, far from any city noise but close to everything! Perfect even if you have children: my 21-month-old daughter was free and happy to roam the gardens without any danger! We will definitely come back.

The owner is very friendly and available for every need. The bathroom is a bit small and needs a modification to better isolate it from the room (a modification already planned by the manager).

The B&B is very well-kept. The rooms are furnished simply but tastefully. The bathroom is brand new and very nice. We were given a room a little too small for three, but I believe the others are larger. The garden is lovely and well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent and rich, with homemade sweets. The location is secluded but convenient to reach both the town and the sea.

The structure seen on the website was beautiful but in reality, it's even better, meticulously cared for, refined, and with a perfectly maintained garden. Our room was actually a delightful furnished mini apartment and very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and the scent of the sweets, served in the morning, brightens the afternoons. The distance from the sea and the center is minimal. The hosts are polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
