Description

Maya's House is an apartment totally renovated in June 2023, the structure is new and fully functional, equipped with air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, Smart TV, kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking..in short, everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday near the sea in the Stella Polare district, one of the quietest spots in Ostia Levante.

The house consists of a large bedroom with a dedicated work space, a kitchen with an equipped dining area and a bathroom with shower. It is also equipped with a service balcony with laundry area and a habitable terrace.

The basic equipment in the kitchen includes coarse and fine salt, sugar, oil, pepper; in the bathroom you will find, in addition to toilet paper and linen, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, hand/face soap, hairdryer, straightener, cotton buds and make-up remover pads; in the room you have all the bed linen, blankets of two different weights, 2 memory pillows and 2 soft pillows, board games and cards, needle and thread, Siemens reducers; the laundry room includes soaps, a drying rack, clothespins, an ironing board and an iron.

For our animal friends we provide 2 bowls and a pillow to make them sleep comfortably.

The entire apartment and its amenities are at your disposal, except for a wardrobe door which is closed containing what is needed to clean after check-out. You will find all this better specified in a detailed manual inside the house which will be sent to you via email in pdf format once the booking has been made.

At each guest entrance, washed and sanitized towels, sheets and bedspreads are provided.

Cleaning costs 20 euros and tourist tax (6 euros per day per person in cases where it is due) not included in the booking price.

Maya's house was born from our experience as travelers before managers! We like visiting new places and we like the vacation rental experience because it allows you to fully breathe in the place you go.

We are in Stella Polare, a very quiet part of Ostia made up of residential streets and therefore with little traffic. Near the apartment you will find several shops that you can also reach on foot, just as on foot you can reach both the free beach and the equipped beach which is only 210 m away and the seafront is full of clubs and bars where you can have an aperitif or eat. The Stella Polare stop (700 m) can also be reached on foot, which connects to the center of Rome. The FRECCIAROSSA Swimming Center which is 280 meters away can also be reached on foot and the Università del Mare (ROMA TRE) is just 2 km away. Also easily reachable are the PALAFIJLKAM Pellicone which is 1. 4 km away, the Guardia di Finanza barracks 1. 3 km away and the GB Grassi Hospital 1. 1 km away.

We spent 7 peaceful days in this comfortable and welcoming apartment. La Casa di Maya is equipped with every comfort and located in an excellent position to reach the sea. I really appreciated the availability to welcome our dog. I thank Maria Cristina for the hospitality. I highly recommend it.
