I recommend replacing the bathtub with a shower because it is dangerous. The room's shutter is in very poor condition and does not close properly. There is no television.

Simple and informal accommodation, but clean and a great starting point to visit Rome. The owner was very kind and helpful.

The host is welcoming, charming and adorable. The place is clean and quiet. I felt very comfortable there.

Thank you, Sara, for your wonderful hospitality. It was a quiet and comfortable stay, close to Termini Station and the bus stop. The room was more than spacious enough for a single person,which was especially nice,as air conditioning is essential in Rome in the summer. Being able to use the refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen was also helpful. The only thing I would point out is that the room does not have a wardrobe or clothes rack,so guests will need to think about how to store their clothes during their stay. A simple clothes rack would have made the room even more perfect. Other than that, it's a perfect room.

We had a great time. Excellent hospitality. Very flexible and always available to help if needed. I would return without a doubt.

Sara was truly outstanding during my stay. From the very first moment, she was very attentive and caring, offering me valuable advice on how to best get around Rome. I felt right at home. Her availability and courtesy were constant throughout my stay. It is clear that Sara loves her job and has a natural predisposition for hospitality. The room was impeccable: spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary. The location of the B&B was perfect for me; impossible to find better! The strategic position allows easy access to any point in the city and is particularly convenient for all connections: trains, airport, subway, and bus lines. I highly recommend this B&B and thank Sara from the bottom of my heart for the excellent hospitality and attention she provided me.

The host was very nice, everything went well.

The location is excellent also because you are not in the middle of souvenir shops but rather among restaurants, and the side street is frequented by calm people. The establishment is ideal for those who want to enjoy Rome and then return to sleep with their comforts. The proximity to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore is a plus that will have an even more positive impact on the establishment. The places along the street offer a good quality-price ratio. The owner is a delightful and helpful person, what can I say, I will gladly return.

We were welcomed by Ms. Sara, who immediately proved to be available for information requests. The apartment is in an easily accessible area and close to Termini Station. Ms. Sara is a special person. We had a great time. We will definitely return.

We stayed in September 2024. Sara, the host, is very friendly and personable; she was available via text for any questions and even ordered us a taxi for the day we left. The property itself (buildings - there are several connected through a courtyard) is old and looking run down. The elevator is the tiniest we have ever encountered, barely fitting 2 people with 2 suitcases, so beware. It works though, and is great for not having to drag heavy suitcases up flights of stairs. The apartment itself is older and could use a refresh. Positives: The air conditioning worked, there was enough hot water, overall it was not noisy, it was clean, and there were no odors. We had our own room with bathroom, a communal kitchen with fridges, microwave, and utensils. Tea was available. The location allowed for walking to historical sites and tour locations. Very close to Termini station (5-minute walk). Negatives: The bathroom sliding door kept coming off its track (so it could not shut all the way), there were strips of tape on the top of it, again definitely showing age and wear & tear. The "balcony" is a tiny one-step construction that looks out over the courtyard and the other buildings (in rough shape), neighbors' laundry, etc. It could add charm, depending on what you are looking for. It is Rome, so there are lots of very old buildings, not all of the historic kind, just keep this in mind. Critique: According to the Bed & Breakfast site payment is available via credit card. However, when we arrived, we were surprised to be asked to wire transfer money instead of using a credit card. Any international wire transfer incurs a transaction fee (which we deducted from the overall cost); we were also asked to leave the 30 euros tourist tax in cash in the room when we left. We were given the option to do the transaction once we were back home. Overall though, for this property, there should be a notation on how payment is handled/preferred, especially for those of us who are trying to keep our bank information, etc. private and secure. I am not sure if it is standard practice for hosts to take pictures of passports; again, this practice makes me very uncomfortable because of the security and safety of personal information. It should be okay to just show it and verify who you are. Overall: The host is very friendly; the cost/quality of the property is not in line; the method of payment is an issue.

This is a fantastically located property on a nice street very close to Termini. So if you were in a rush to go somewhere, you can drop on the Metro in five minutes, or for the more active, it is a good central location to explore the city on foot. There was a great range of eateries within walking distance, and the pizza place across the road on the right as you leave the property did a good pizza. Sarah is really friendly, and the fact that the apartment also has a shared kitchen/dining room suits more flexible people who want to make their own breakfast, packed lunches or other meals. The accommodation is on the top floor and accessed through a secure courtyard below. The bed was comfy, the bathroom clean, and it had air conditioning (which was definitely needed in the 37 degree midday heat - plus a silent mode for night). I would say if you want a budget property which is well located, then this is the one. I would certainly stay there again if I need to visit Rome and its environs in the future.

Convenient structure for its location close to the station.

We stayed at the property for only two nights (unfortunately) and it was really pleasant to have been guests at La Casa di Bea & Sara. It is a very quiet and peaceful structure, clean and precise on every front. It is located a few steps from Termini station, which makes it even more convenient to move easily with public transport. Just around the corner from the street, you have the first bus stop and proceeding towards Termini another one, and within a few minutes you reach the metro. The area is quiet and well supplied, on the street of the structure there are numerous restaurants/pizzerias, supermarkets and behind it is the Papal Basilica where there are other bus stops. In short, the location is definitely perfect if you want to have public transport at hand to move around but also to walk. It is very convenient and when we return to Rome, if possible, we will choose this structure again as it did not disappoint in any way. Our room was well furnished and spacious for two people. Sara welcomed us so warmly. She is awesome. The room is located very well. Close to the main station and a good spot to start your day to explore the city. Breakfast is typically Italian. Croissant and coffee from the machine. We can highly recommend the apartment. We would always come back to Sara.

Fair value for money.

Very close to Termini Station. Quiet room, good value for money. If I go back to Rome, I will stay there.

The structure is well maintained and very clean, located in an excellent position that allows easy access to all of Rome. La Casa di Bea & Sara. The very kind lady who manages it has worked hard to meet all our needs. Recommended!

Nice little flat, clean and comfortable room (especially the bed) with air conditioning. Nice little balcony overlooking a courtyard, but sadly not quite big enough to sit out. Room could be a little noisy at times as it is quite close to the kitchen and front door.

I gave a low rating for breakfast because it consisted of toasts and some industrial pastry hurricanes filled with jam that no one ate. Tea and coffee. I asked for milk and cocoa and I bought it to be able to have breakfast so I can't complain about that. The location is ideal for walking everywhere. Fountain 20 min. Vatican 50 min etc etc.. I loved the location and the house was very nice. Incredible value for money. And the place is not scary to walk around even at night.

We stayed at La Casa di Bea & Sara for 2 nights and it was fantastic. Sara welcomed us and was very kind, the apartment was very clean and the location was ideal. We had the Colosseum within a 10-minute walk and the main Termini Station about 2 blocks away. Breakfast was good, with a choice of coffee, teas, and croissants, and we had many different restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Sara.

The property is very close to Termini station where the two metro lines intersect allowing you to reach the city's main attractions in just a few minutes. A special thanks to the kindness, availability, and professionalism of Mrs. Sara who made our vacation truly enjoyable. Thanks again Sara.

Neat rooms, Mrs. Sara is very friendly, even though breakfast is not included, the kitchen has an espresso machine, and there were always packaged pastries and tea bags or herbal teas. Very close to Termini station (5 minutes on foot), the apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator. Thank you Sara.

Sara's apartment is well located, very close to Termini train station (a few minutes' walk), but away from the noise of the street and the city. There's also an elevator (great for luggage!), a nice kitchen with a fridge and many amenities to have a great breakfast (provided by Sara!). She was very accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage during the entire last day before departure. The room was spacious, with an ensuite bathroom, AC (not used, the temperature was already perfect), a large comfortable bed. I fully recommend her apartment!

I stayed with my husband for Easter and we had a great time. Mrs. Sara is friendly and kind. The structure is very clean and with all the comforts. If we have to find a flaw, it is the lack of TV in the room. Strategic location to visit the beautiful city of Rome. Susy from Naples.

I booked at this B&B after browsing online and I was very happy to have stayed here because besides the location, which is just steps away from Termini station, La Casa di Bea & Sara is a clean, very welcoming structure with new furnishings and free from external noises.
