During the promotional days, only the overnight stay is free. There is no breakfast, no change of linens, and no room tidying.

Shuttle service is available for a fee from and to the airports in Rome.

The Guesthouse - B&B "La Casa degli Artisti 1 and La Casa degli Sportivi" are two brand new structures that opened on March 21, 2009.

The building is located in the historic center of Nettuno, on a panoramic stretch of coast among the most beautiful in the Tyrrhenian Sea, about 50 km south of Rome, on the Gulf of Anzio and Nettuno where the Anglo-American Allied forces landed on January 22, 1944.

Our Residence is a few meters away from important places of recognized historical, political, and artistic value such as the Town Hall, Forte Sangallo, Torre Astura, the Medieval Village, the Sanctuary of Santa Maria Goretti and Our Lady Madonna delle Grazie, the American Monumental Cemetery, the English Cemetery, the Tourist Port, the Train Station, the Beaches, and the Police Inspectors Perfection School.

Guests can relax in a pleasant reception area where they can have coffee, an aperitif, converse, read the most popular newspapers provided by the Residence, consult road maps, train-bus-hydrofoil-ferry schedules, and seek assistance from our staff for any information they may need.
