Discover a spacious and bright 160 square meter apartment in Rome, located just a 15-minute walk from St. Peter's Square. Recently renovated in 2013, this cozy accommodation features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, INTERNET WIFI access, three TVs, a washing machine, refrigerator, and air conditioning.

The first bedroom is a large double room with a sofa bed, making it ideal for accommodating up to 4 guests. The second bedroom has a King-size bed and a sofa bed with two single beds, allowing for a total of 5 guests. The third bedroom offers a double bed and a sofa bed, with a total capacity of 3 sleeping spots.

Inside the apartment, you'll find a 50-inch LCD television and a well-equipped kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, blender, espresso machine, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, and much more.

Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Right outside, there is a bus stop that will take you to the center of Rome. I will be happy to provide you with a city map highlighting all the routes to explore. The wonders of St. Peter's, Via della Conciliazione, and Castel Sant'Angelo are all within easy reach.

Pets are always welcome, as long as they are well-behaved! My home is open to everyone without distinction.

Transportation from the airport and train station can be arranged, as well as booking a private car in Rome. Upon your arrival, a tourist tax of 6 euros per person per day will be applied.
