Description
The Vatican Empire Groups Society operates in the hospitality sector, professionally managing three accommodation facilities with courtesy and familiarity, all located in the historic center of Rome.

The first is a delightful and charming B&B, situated in the heart of Vatican Rome.

1. Vatican Empire San Pietro B&B, Via Aurelia 36 (Piazza dei Cavalleggeri - Vatican), is just 400 meters away from St. Peter's Square and consists of four double rooms, all with private bathrooms.

The second is a vacation home located in the historic center of Baroque Rome.

2. Vatican Empire Navona Apartment, Via Paola 38 (near Castel Sant'Angelo), features coffered ceilings and antique terracotta floors. It is located in front of Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's Square, and just a few hundred meters away from Piazza Navona and Campo dé Fiori.

The third is a guest house with four rooms located in Rome.

3. VATICAN EMPIRE SUITES GUEST HOUSE, Via Catone 29 (Piazza Risorgimento), is newly renovated, elegantly furnished and finished. It is situated between Via Cola di Rienzo and Piazza Risorgimento, just a few meters away from St. Peter's Square and in the immediate vicinity of Ottaviano Metro Station.

It is a lovely B & B, charming, beautifully renovated and furnished and newly constructed apartment located in a building of the eighteenth century, also recently renovated, in the heart of papal Rome, just 300 meters from Piazza San Pietro, the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo.
The property, recently opened, is composed of n. 4 rooms, all with private bathrooms and an area for breakfast and is the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday and to meet any business needs.
The rooms are elegantly furnished and equipped with TV Samsung LCD HD stereo, and have wifi access, private bathroom, equipped with all facilities and with access directly from the individual rooms.
The structure is also equipped with an independent heating system and of a modern and silent air conditioning system Daiklin, separate for each single room.

Great location, clean room with shampoo and soap. Easy access, safe location. The only downside was that we made a reservation online and paid online. However, when we arrived, they charged us tax - It was not included in our reservation payment so beware extra charge. Otherwise, friendly host, clean facilities, safe, good location, fairly quiet.

We stayed one night. Great location overall, especially if you want to visit the Vatican (Ottaviano metro stop very close). Very nice room, recently renovated Bed & Breakfast in an elegant building. In the area, great places for dinner and breakfast.

This property was wonderful. The caretaker, Manuel, was FANTASTIC. He went above and beyond to help us and kept in touch through What's App. He was happy to help us find what we needed even researching organic restaurants and markets for us. The location was perfect. Everything you need is within a very short walking distance - bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, bus stops, metros - everything. And, the Vatican with all its beauty and history is just meters away. Our room and our bed were very comfortable and immaculate! The whole B&B was super, super clean. You could eat off the floors. The only thing slightly negative is that there is no common area seating, probably because it's small. But that wasn't a terrible problem. Manuel even held our bags for us on our last day since check out was earlier than our flight home. I highly recommend this B&B.

Tutto era perfetto (struttura nuova, mobili e sanitari di pregio, letto comodissimo, posizione molto comoda e tranquilla. Siamo stati benissimo, peccato che siamo stati solo 1 notte. Grazie ad Inna per la disponibilità, pazienza e professionalità. Ci torneremo presto!

Ottimo B&B soprattutto per la posizione, vicinissimo a più fermate dei bus e quindi per me è stato facile raggiungere diversi posti senza molti cambi.

Bella e nuovissima struttura a pochi metri da San Pietro. La nostra camera era ben arredata e rifinita con un comodo letto e con un elegante bagno interno alla stanza. La colazione ci è stata servita direttamente in stanza completa di croissant e cappuccino. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere ogni problema e a dare utili indicazioni. Insomma complimenti.

Bellissima struttura pulitissima e centrale, praticamente attaccata a San Pietro. Camera molto comoda e ben arredata con bellissimo bagno privato, colazione con cappuccino cornetto e marmellate servita addirittura in stanza dal gentile Cristian. Da tornarci e consigliarlo per un bellissimo soggiorno romano.

Arrivato a Roma in bici con due amici dalla Via Francigena, abbiamo soggiornato presso questo elegante B&B a due passi da S. Pietro. Che dire, la gentilezza dei proprietari ci ha fatto sentire come fossimo a casa nostra, la pulizia notevole fa capire quanta cura viene dedicata a questo importante fattore, che personalmente ritengo più importante di una colazione più o meno abbondante o del posto auto. Non da meno la cortesia di tenerci le biciclette e il bagaglio fino al pomeriggio della nostra partenza. Se dovessi tornare a Roma con piacere soggiornerei in questo bel B&B. Grazie. Paolo.

La struttura è in una posizione magnifica, a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza S. Pietro e con diversi mezzi di trasporto e bar/ristoranti nei paraggi. Non si trova però parcheggio, se non in garage a pagamento, per cui consigliato raggiungerla con i mezzi. Le camere sono al primo piano senza ascensore, ma ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli. La colazione servita in camera è di buona qualità, ma un po' scomodo doverla mangiare su una piccola scrivania. Non è disponibile una colazione salata, nè yogurt, ma solo prodotti da forno freschi (croissant, pane e marmellata, fette biscottate). Camere arredate con gusto e, nella nostra, doccia con luci RGB per la cromoterapia. Gestori molto disponibili, ci hanno anche indicato un garage per il posteggio dell'auto. Se dovessimo tornare a Roma in zona S. Pietro, contatteremmo di nuovo questa struttura.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, a gennaio. B&B consigliatissimo sia per la posizione vicinissima alla basilica di San Pietro, sia per la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale e per la pulizia dei locali. Camera e bagno eleganti, raffinati e confortevoli recentemente ristrutturati con arredi nuovissimi. La colazione era ottima e abbondante.

Semplice, gentile e cordiale, la signora Annette riesce a far sentire a proprio agio gli ospiti che si sentono come a casa. Camere nuove, belle, pulite, climatizzate, finemente arredate e con ottimi materassi (complimenti). Vicinissima a piedi al vaticano, ben collegata al centro.
