Description

The Vatican Empire Groups Society operates in the hospitality sector, professionally managing three accommodation facilities with courtesy and familiarity, all located in the historic center of Rome.

The first is a delightful and charming B&B, situated in the heart of Vatican Rome.

1. Vatican Empire San Pietro B&B, Via Aurelia 36 (Piazza dei Cavalleggeri - Vatican), is just 400 meters away from St. Peter's Square and consists of four double rooms, all with private bathrooms.

The second is a vacation home located in the historic center of Baroque Rome.

2. Vatican Empire Navona Apartment, Via Paola 38 (near Castel Sant'Angelo), features coffered ceilings and antique terracotta floors. It is located in front of Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's Square, and just a few hundred meters away from Piazza Navona and Campo dé Fiori.

The third is a guest house with four rooms located in Rome.

3. VATICAN EMPIRE SUITES GUEST HOUSE, Via Catone 29 (Piazza Risorgimento), is newly renovated, elegantly furnished and finished. It is situated between Via Cola di Rienzo and Piazza Risorgimento, just a few meters away from St. Peter's Square and in the immediate vicinity of Ottaviano Metro Station.

It is a lovely B & B, charming, beautifully renovated and furnished and newly constructed apartment located in a building of the eighteenth century, also recently renovated, in the heart of papal Rome, just 300 meters from Piazza San Pietro, the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo.
The property, recently opened, is composed of n. 4 rooms, all with private bathrooms and an area for breakfast and is the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday and to meet any business needs.
The rooms are elegantly furnished and equipped with TV Samsung LCD HD stereo, and have wifi access, private bathroom, equipped with all facilities and with access directly from the individual rooms.
The structure is also equipped with an independent heating system and of a modern and silent air conditioning system Daiklin, separate for each single room.

Amazing location, close to the Vatican and touristy spots. We were greeted kindly by the people and they were really attentive. They sent us a bunch of recommendations, that were perfect. I would definitely recommend the experience and if I go back to Rome, I will stay there!

Good location; very clean; room spacious. The only negative point is the entrance from the building to the upstairs are not lit until a certain time and we found it difficult to climb the stairs.

Thank you Massimo for being very accommodating and for explaining some guidelines of the room and for being helpful in assisting me in arranging the car service to drop me at the airport on time. The Impero Vaticano is really very accessible, close to the Vatican and other shops that help me save a lot of time traveling around the city.

Great location, 200 meters from St. Peter's Square. Perfect check-in, also the communication with the owner, both before arrival and during, provided me with all the necessary information and recommendations on where to eat. Fairly recent structure, comfortable and soundproofed rooms. Great for a short stay in the center of Rome.

Great location, clean room with shampoo and soap. Easy access, safe location. The only downside was that we made a reservation online and paid online. However, when we arrived, they charged us tax - It was not included in our reservation payment so beware extra charge. Otherwise, friendly host, clean facilities, safe, good location, fairly quiet.

We stayed one night. Great location overall, especially if you want to visit the Vatican (Ottaviano metro stop very close). Very nice room, recently renovated Bed & Breakfast in an elegant building. In the area, great places for dinner and breakfast.

This property was wonderful. The caretaker, Manuel, was FANTASTIC. He went above and beyond to help us and kept in touch through What's App. He was happy to help us find what we needed even researching organic restaurants and markets for us. The location was perfect. Everything you need is within a very short walking distance - bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, bus stops, metros - everything. And, the Vatican with all its beauty and history is just meters away. Our room and our bed were very comfortable and immaculate! The whole B&B was super, super clean. You could eat off the floors. The only thing slightly negative is that there is no common area seating, probably because it's small. But that wasn't a terrible problem. Manuel even held our bags for us on our last day since check out was earlier than our flight home. I highly recommend this B&B.

Beautiful and brand new structure just a few meters from St. Peter's. Our room was well furnished and finished with a comfortable bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was served to us directly in the room complete with croissants and cappuccino. The owner was very kind and helpful in solving any problem and providing useful information. Arrived in Rome by bike with two friends from the Via Francigena, we stayed at this elegant B&B just a stone's throw from St. Peter's. What can I say, the kindness of the owners made us feel at home, the remarkable cleanliness shows how much care is dedicated to this important aspect, which I personally consider more important than a more or less abundant breakfast or a parking space. Not to mention the courtesy of keeping our bikes and luggage until the afternoon of our departure. If I were to return to Rome, I would happily stay in this beautiful B&B. Thank you.

The property is in a magnificent location, a 5-minute walk from St. Peter's Square with various means of transportation and bars/restaurants nearby. However, there is no free parking, only paid parking in a garage, so it is recommended to reach it by public transportation. The rooms are on the first floor without an elevator, but they helped us with our luggage. The breakfast served in the room is of good quality, but a bit inconvenient to eat it on a small desk. There is no savory breakfast or yogurt available, only fresh bakery products (croissants, bread and jam, rusks). The rooms are tastefully furnished and in ours, there is a shower with RGB lights for chromotherapy. The managers are very helpful, they even indicated a garage for parking the car. If we were to return to Rome in the St. Peter's area, we would contact this property again.

Highly recommended B&B both for its very close location to St. Peter's Basilica and for the availability and kindness of the staff and for the cleanliness of the premises. The room and bathroom are elegant, refined, and comfortable, recently renovated with brand new furnishings. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

Simple, kind and friendly, Mrs. Annette manages to make guests feel at ease as if they were at home. New, beautiful, clean, air-conditioned rooms, finely furnished and with excellent mattresses (congratulations). Very close to the Vatican on foot, well connected to the center.
