The property is situated within a *richiastro*—a small, characteristic courtyard typical of the historic center—ensuring an atmosphere of absolute peace and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

Our location is ideal for exploring the wonders of the Tuscia area: the "Leopard" International Circuit in Viterbo, the famous free hot springs and thermal spas, woodland nature trails, the Via Francigena, and Lakes Vico and Bolsena. Also just a short distance away are Villa Lante, Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola, the Park of Monsters in Bomarzo, and extraordinary Etruscan archaeological sites.
Every year on September 3rd, Viterbo comes alive with the spectacular procession of the *Macchina di Santa Rosa* (Machine of Saint Rose), a centuries-old tradition recognized by UNESCO.
